Today was Cathe's MMA Kickbox cardio only.

But I received the check in the mail yesterday so now I can order new workouts!!!! YEAH FOR ME!!!!

Hi,

Today was Xtrain Chest, Back and Shoulders. Good w/o but definitely not a calorie burn like my usual workouts. Only 255kcal but I feelnthe muscles and that's why I did it. Well that and becuz my rotation told me to. ☺
 
Hi Henriette, nice workout... I just ordered Hard Strikes and the Rock em Sock em kickboxing workouts. I chose Hard Strikes because it was the number 1 favorite on this check in and it is shorter in length so nice for quick rushed days. I ordered the ICE kickboxing one because it is lower impact and it seemed to have more premixes and options than RockoutKnockout did, and it was intermediate in length also. Hopefully I will enjoy them both.

Annette, you will enjoy those w/s so much, trust me!!! Today I did Aolihiit 1 + imax3 combos and blasts from 6 to 10. I had gone through the first 5 combos on Sunday and could not wait to complete my learning in progress session :)
 
Annete, enjoy those new workouts. I am a big fan of Hard Strikes! It sneaks up and then you're done. Rock em Sock is great too although I didn't find it all lower impact ....I still modified myself. I am sure you'll have fun!
