First today. ...I did 25 minutes on the elliptical and 35 minutes of weight work at the gym. It is snowing here again.

Hi Ladies,

I was short on time once again as I wanted to squeeze in dinner and a w/o between my son's two bball trainings seeing I only coach the first one. With just over half an hour to w/o I decided to try a JNL fusion w/o. I did shoulder shredder which is approx 30 min and boy am I sweating now. It's pretty intense. 6 circuits. Each circuit is one weight exercise for 30 seconds immediately followed by 30 sec cardio, then repeated 3 times. Only the first cardio (jump rope) was okay, the rest kicked my butt. After 30 min. sweat was dripping all over and I could barely lift my arms up for the short stretch. 350 kcal in 30 min.

I am not sure if I like JNL all that much... The workouts are definitely not what I consider fun, but I am fairLy sure they work. I guess it's more like Shaun T, super hard work which pays off but not fun like Cathe or some of the better KCM. I'm think I will try more JNL fusion this week as I do not have super much time this week and I plan to start Cathe Xtrain & Ice rotation next week. Maybe I will find a couple of days this week with extra time and if I have any energy left after JNL I can add another w/o, but that may be wishful thinking based on today's experience. I guess we will see this week.

Today was a quickie for me too .....fitnessGlo Amy Dixon 10 min Upper Body Kettlebell. Really loved it! Super busy again tomorrow .....perhaps will aim for another quickie workout.
