Good morning fit women!

Well, yesterday was the MIC/MIS marathon. I'd never done MIS before and WOW, it was tough. Those squats are killer. You could go off, clean your entire house, come back and Cathe would STILL be squatting. Sheesh!

Today is Kickmax.

Hi Shelley, any serious DOMS?

It was really hard getting up at 5AM after a week off.

I've done CTX-UB and I'll have my first spinning class tonight. Hope I like it :)

Re: computer network, according to a colleague I should check for spyware and reset my computer to the settings of a week ago with system repair. Maybe that'll help. I'll try that on Wednesday.

Today is Power Hour, 400 walking lunges, 500 sit ups, 10 sets of 8 push ups...yeah, it's safe to say that I may not survive it!:p
 
Morning ladies. Today was RS on an 8" step. I was surprised that I do not have more DOMS from HSC yesterday, but I guess that's a good thing.

I should have taken a rest day today, after yesterday's 10 mile run. I've been going everyday for almost the entire month of February, but when I'm on a roll, I hate to take a chance of that coming to an end! LOL

This morning was HSTA for the first time in almost a YEAR! Then GS Triceps, and extra leg extensions. Hamstrings are sore from the run yesterday, so I let them take a break from the leg curls. Then a nice LONG stretch! I think I'm gonna do all circuit workouts this week just for fun!

Hi everyone -
I'm continuing my week away from impact (i.e, cardio) and missing it. Today will be upper body. I'm thinking I'll try ME upper body and do it twice.

Shelley - surely MIS doesn't have more squats than LL?? Good grief. Glad you made it through. I was thinking about you yesterday.


Dutchie - tell me about spinning once you've tried it. Fun? Not fun?

Tammy - enjoy the run and do an extra sprint for me!

Tigger - yow! 400 walking lunges? You go girl! You've given me inspiration!

Katie - have fun with RS! I don't have that one, but it sounds cool.

Saturday was ME, Sunday was CIA hi/lo and cathe ab hits. Today was Imax 3 with modifications and PH abs. Last week of the February rotation!

I've finished the Feb. rotation. And today was a 4.5 mile treadmill run. I will add in walking lunges and ab work later this morning for a break from cleanning!

Is any one starting a new rotation this week? I'm undecided this week. I like to have a plan, but I will be in Lake Placed for a long weekend with my family the second weekend of March, and will have to consider how to work my rotation around that.

I never did get to post yeasterday. I went on my usual long run. I about died 9 miles into it, so the last 3 miles was alot of walking. I ended up doing 12. I know after being sick I shouldn't have tried that..:(

Today is P90X Chest Shoulders and triceps, abs and Lowmax this afternoon.

Carole - yes, ME has the evil laugh! I just about dropped my weights the first time, it just cracked me up. Of course at that point I was looking for an excuse to put them down anyhow...

Yesterday remained a rest day as originally planned. Since Friday, my asthmatic three year old has been waking up at 2:30 am with trouble breathing. We lost one of the pieces (well, he lost it actually :)) to his nebulizer, and the drugstore didn't have any replacements for it, so we were unable to give him a treatment the first two nights -- just otc meds. Finally last night, I found dd's old nebulizer kit, and it had the piece we needed so ds was able to get a treatment before bedtime. He still woke me up at 2:30am, but not because he couldn't breathe, thank God. (For some reason he woke up wanting the Buzz Lightyear slide for his viewmaster. Why?)


Today was KPC as planned. What a great workout. I love the music.

Pamela, I have not seen the FitTV version, so I don't know how much is edited out. I'm sure there are a couple segments missing so they can fit their commercials in. The DVD version is totally worth it though for the IMAX 1 and MIC workouts. MIC is a major "kick your butt" workout. I love it!!! Enjoy!

Hi all,

After not getting a workout in on Saturday and eating too much on Sunday I needed to workout in the worst way today,sigh.

I did Billy's Cardio Bootcamp with ankle weights and weighted gloves today. Thinking of doing another week of all cardio and see where that gets me.
