Thanks for starting us off.
Today is a rest day for me so I did a short yoga workout by Tara Lee from her Earth DVD. That loosens my tight everything quickly.
Good workout.
I've been sick twice this year, so has my daughter and DH. This is what I've learned from my naturopath that has really worked for us:
Take a hot shower, jump into bed, put a hot water bottle or heating blanket on your chest, cover up and sweat for as many hours as you can.
Drink tea with 2 tsps apple cider vinegar + honey (to rid of apple cider grossness) twice/day
take 1/4 tsp pepper with honey a few times a day - does wonders for stubborn coughs - loosens things so you get a runny nose instead.
I hope that helps a bit..... It's been a long winter.
