I am off to do HIIT on my tm this morning and sm#3. I have DOMs everywhere!!

busy day today DS8 has a friend who slept over, my brother and his family are coming, and DS8s birthday party!

Today is 4DS Bootcamp/bis & tris. We finished xmas shopping yesterday so today will be cleanmax and then wrapmax.

Hello Ladies.

Today is iTread drills - that one is a leg burner oy but I'm looking forward to it.
Busy day here also - why am I not surprised? ::sighs::

Any ways I need to move my TM and some other stuff to give the tree its space and I am not going to hide my TM behind the tree so reason why I'm moving it today.

Tammy Our oldest DD still doesn't know what she wants so we are not done with Christmas shopping yet - I have all the presents waiting to be wrapped but until the tree is placed I won't do any of that - Lucky you; you can now relax and enjoy lol

Good morning! It's a cold Saturday here!

Deanie, I feel pretty good. I had doms in my LB after my first KB session - only a little today. I didn't go full intensity as I am still learning the moves, so I'm sure there is more DOMS to come. I received my Cathe KB yesterday(8lb) so I can work more on the getups.

Tammy, have fun with wrapmax. I like to wrap, but I hate having to do it all at once.

I think I will do the B&G standing legs premix today.

Hi all,

I did 30 min. of the Lower Body Bootcamp workout leaving out all floorwork for legs, then I did Kelly Coffey's abs off my 30 Minutes to Fitness-Weights workout. Nice workout, weight up again so I am glad that I got a workout in today.

Hi all,

Glad to see we are all up to no good today, shopping and working out!

Today was BG Lower Body and ab timesaver ( 49 min ) then I added the floorwork as well for about a 65 minute workout. I liked it. BG is never one of my favs but this was nice and concise!
