Good Saturday Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mish mosh of sorts. I did:
Mike Change 7 minute deadlift challenge
CTX Leaner Legs - no abs or cool down
Suzanne Bowen Fitness - Cardio Tabata - leg focus
SBF - shoulder workout - 8 minutes
SBF stretch

It was fun.

I just don't have the time to make most of my mishmoshes cohesive.
Today was Rockout Knockout. Cleaning and errands on the agenda.
Not much excitement around here at the moment, but theatre season is right around the corner..
 
Hi Conni,

I just get bored with my workouts so need to break things up.

Today I did Dasha Libin Lean Series - a one hour cardio/bodyweight workout. I forgot for a moment just how much I like her. I added on a 10 minute yoga relax stretch.

Conni - how is life without your son in the house?
