I just did Low Max but I am going to get some new comfortable shoes before attempting those blasts again. Have a good workout ladies.

Katie, we're doing the same workout today. Are you doing the March '06 rotation also, or is it just a coincidence?

Yesterday was S&H Chest and back. Today is IMAX 1 and Core Max 2.

Endorphin junkie, I didn't know upper body strength gains could be lost so fast. Maybe that's why I couldn't do the push ups yesterday. :)

Pamela, I'm actually doing the August 04 roation "Body Fat & Legs/Glutes". It's a lot more weight training than I normally do in one week so we'll see how my legs handle it. :eek:

Since you are doing a lower body rotation as well I'm sure we'll see a lot of the same workouts! Let's hope to see some great results with summer around the corner.:7

I thought about doing that one, but I really want to increase the definition in my arms too. I also still have a lot of body fat to lose so if I have the energy, I'm adding a little extra cardio. Good luck with your rotation! :)
