Hi ladies,
Don't get impressed with my work out today it wasn't all it was cracked up to look like.
First I wanted something different so out cable company has free fitness workouts I guess on demand. So I spoke into my remote and said 'fitness'. Workouts popped up by category, cardio , tone, weight loss, beginner, intermediate and advanced just to name a few.
I pick an advanced kickboxing workout that was 50 minutes long. Rather slow and methodical but I did all but the last 5 minutes. Then I tried one called 'Combat', well after 5 minutes of it I remembered doing it before and not liking it. So I picked a shorter one called 'Beat it'. It was 20 minutes and much better so I finished it.
So that was 70 minutes of mediocre kickboxing workouts. Hardly broke a sweat until the 20 minute one.
Then I put my Move to the Groove Circuit on and did it which was 49 minutes. And then I did 10 minutes of floorwork abs and legs.
Think I am done now!! Whew!!
And hubby is home too!!
