Daily Check-In - April 13/06

I did Rhythmic step yesterday and today I will doing Bootcamp lower body only, PUB and hopefully a 3 mile run. Gotta go!

Well, my DVD player has sound but no picture the little connecty thing is broken off in the back of the TV so I can't see a picture, boo hooo hooo;( . I had to do a VHS workout or nothing so I did Reebok's Power Blast for my workout today. Better than nothing at all.

I want to lose more weight, so I have on the schedule for tonight:

Legs with Nautilus Machines
Step Interval Class in my gym
Kickboxing Class in my gym

I also want to ride the spinning bikes sometimes before my gym classes, so what cardio coach do you recomment that I buy? Thanks a bundle fit ladies, and I hope you all have great workouts.
 
KIM that is great news! I am so glad you're making such great progress! Good job.

I saw a sign this morning for "Sneaker King" a local shoe store and it said "Did you workout today???" And I was like YES I DID!!!! Know it's corny but it felt pretty good. Lol.

I did Leaner Legs w/abs this morning and powerwalked for an hour this afternoon. That's it for today.

Hi Fit Friends!

I'm so late posting today but actually worked out earlier than usual !

My workout today was PUB biceps & triceps and 30 min. interval on the stationary bike.

I'll go back and read everyone's posts the minute I have some free time!

It's almost the weekend......YIPPPEEEE!!!:D
 
Hi everyone,

I am late posting today too. I was off a few days.

Tues: Imax 2 & MIS UB & Abs
Wed: Legs & Glutes & Kick Max (drills) Ouch this was a kick butt.

And, this morning a 4 mile jog. Tonight, P90X Back & Biceps.

Tomorrow I have a fun workout planned I'll be doing Cardio Kicks and something else. I haven’t done this workout in a long time. Wishing each and everyone of you a Happy Easter.
