Morning all!

Last night was Powermax for me. I didn't have time to do back, so I'm doing it today (actually right now, between typing:p). I will do Imax 3 and some core later.

Today is PLB and some sort of cardio, just not sure what yet.

I am off to do All Step and abs. Not much time this morning headed to the Beyond and then right after school going for our pics! Will be running like a nut.

Shelly- I like Power Max, but the VHS was loaned out and never returned x( x( x(
Jane- I've always liked PUB . It gave me great results and moves along at quite a clip for a weight session!

Kali- What is the Beyond?

Today is first a 6 mile run outside with a friend and then PS shoulders later this morning.

Today for me will be PS: C/S/T, CTX Step & Intervals and some ab work.

Laurie: Yes, I do love the CC workouts. It is the only way I can run on the treadmill.

Sandra: How was push/pull? I really like those workouts and was actually surprised that I did! I think I read that you are doing ETL? I have a copy of the book on the way.

Today was LowMax 4-7 and GS SH. I am also going to try and squeeze in some stretching.

I'm so happy - my husband is coming home today!! So, I'm off to go bake a cherry pie!

Good morning, lovely ladies -

I got my full workout in yesterday, but PLB - up just doesn't get it for me. I guess I just need a full hour for a good leg workout. PUB up is just fine for the arms though.

Today I suppose I'll have to take off. I need to run a few errands, and it's either today or tomorrow. Might as well get it over with. I'd much rather work out though. I'm feeling a need for cardio.

Just you wait until next week - vacation time, and I'm going to do cardio every darned day!!!! }( :D :7
 
Morning ladies. Unscheduled rest day for me.:-( I must have pulled something in my side because it is very tender right underneath my rib cage. DH convinced me that I needed to rest today rather than hurt myself. So, I am taking this morning off instead of Friday. I just hope it feels better by tomorrow.

It's gorgeous outside....windows were open by 7am! I LOVE SPRING!!!!:7 :7 :7

I really liked TLT Strength in Movement, and I had found an error in our last years taxes...so I ordered the rest of the TLT's...:+ :7 :)

Good morning all. I'm in kind of a rush today, so I'm sorry I can't comment to each and all. I hope everyone with injuries gets better fast. Yesterday was Low Max for me. Today is weight work, probably GS chest, shoulders and biceps with core max segment 3. Have a great day all.
 
Hey All! It was a BodyPump morning for me and then a little low impact with Charlene Prickett Oxygen in Calories Out. I have to be careful not to breathe in too hard as I cracked a tooth yesterday and it's pretty sensitivex( I'll be living on bananas and oatmeal until I see the dentist, perhaps that's not altogether a bad thing;-)

I'm off to work and loving the fact that we have 2 short weeks in a row.

Hey girls,
yesteday I did Muscle Max and it felt great! Today I will be doing Rhythmic step which I find so much fun. I am going out for Indian food with a girlfriend so I think tomorrow will defintley be a double workout. Oh well it is soooooooooooo worth it because I love my Curry.:)
