Today I have chest, core and a short run on tap. My hip is feeling okay, so hopefully it will go smoothly.

I didn't get my leg workout in yesterday because I got busy cleaning up my front yard.
 
Hi Shelley, yea it's the 10th. How does your yard look? Ddi you plant anything or just do the spring overhaul?

Today was a kickbox morning for me. I started with KM bootcamp premix, did the arm drills from CK and ended with the abs from KPC. It was the first time I did that premix and I didn't realize that the challenge was first! I was sure glad to get that over with.

Shelly- I am doing the same workout! What are you using for you one body part this week?

today's run will be 6 miles again. I did a short karen Voight Yoga yesterday on my rest day. Hopefully, it helped stretch my legs.

Phyllis - we didn't plant anything. In fact, we ripped a bunch of stuff out:) The rest of it was just spring clean-up.

Judy - I'm using Cathe's One Body Part per Day rotation (I think it was from May last year?). Chest includes 5 sets of 10-12 push-ups, flies, bench press, dips with legs elevated and other things I can't remember just now:p

Good day all. Yardwork - bleech! I admire all you planners with your predetermined workouts. I usually know if I'm doing weights or cardio or a mix, but wing it from there. Today is a weight day, and the plan is for GS chest and tri. I hope to fit in a core max segment too. Have a good one all.
 
Hey ladies,

It's cold here and still stunned how DD was about to go outside with darn flipflops on! I marched her right back to change,boy kids these days.:p

Well today I will be doing PS BBA,CST. As I am trying one of the old TankTop rotations and will put in newer upperbody workouts here and there.

Mornin' everyone -

I'll try to keep posting... don't know how things are going to go from here on out, what with the changes at work. I kind of expect I won't have much time to read the boards. Does that mean I"ll have to do it at home??;-)

Not sure what today will bring. I would like to do KPC. But my grandmother flew in from Calif. last night, and she's over at the parents' house. I'll probably end up there for the evening. We shall see.

good monday morning to all!

Had another rough night with the kiddos (my littlest has had this nagging cough that is keeping both of us up when we should be sleeping) so I didn't get up quite as early as planned today. Was going to do KPC and then tack on GS back, but ended up just doing the back and forgoing the cardio. I also have a yoga class tonight.

I'm interested to check out the rotation Shelley mentioned as I am trying to do 1 body part plus cardio. Judy - you mentioned that you follow a different series each week - would you be willing to elaborate on what you are doing?

Spring is finally here and my husband is coming home in 3 days (he has been gone on business for 13 days now - leaving me home alone with 3 kids - I don't know if I should hug him or kill him when he gets home!)

Well today I start my week with PLB along with some ab work... my kids are gearing up for spring break at the end of this week so I wonder how having them home during my scheduled workouts will affect it or not LOL.

Ok I'm off to read the rest of this thread while I get my breakfast going :)

Good workouts today all!

Saturday I ended up doing Mindy's Interval Express for the first time, I had Imax 3 scheduled, but my DVD player would not play it! It would play any other DVD I put in it, but it just wouldn't even load Imax 3. I considered that an omen, so I did the Mindy workout. I really liked it, her intervals are different and her recoveries are short, the time really flew by...Oh, and afterwards I thought, what the heck, let's see if Imax 3 will go in now. Sure enough, it loaded perfectly...What is up with that???

Sunday was Classic Cardio with Kari and Jay. Fun!!!!! I have to get back into Kari, she makes me feel so long and lean, not beat up like I feel sometimes doing Cathe.

Today was GS Legs and LL abs, even though PLB was on my rotation.

Wish me luck, I have Imax 3 on the agenda for tomorrow..;-)

Morning ladies. Yesterday was GS Chest and Triceps followed by IMAX 3 and today was MIC. My chest is in some serious pain today. Those push ups burned me out right at the beginning! So far I'm loving the GS workouts. Tomorrow I'm going to do GS BBS. My legs we sore from GS Legs on Saturday, but not as much as I expected. I'm worried that it's going to be worse today though than yesterday.

Hi all, lookie it is before 11 and I am posting my workout!!! YIPPEE for ME!!!

I did a premix off of Kick, Punch and Crunch though minus the abs but using weighted gloves. It amazes me that I can tolerate Taebo with weighted gloves much more than I can a Cathe workout with the gloves, my arms are screaming by the end, sigh. Anyway I am done now!!

Well, I did the Amy Bento A team bootcamp yesterday. I have to say I liked it better than I thought. It has 2 minutes of cardio,1 minute upper,1 minute lower and 1 minute ab work. The cardio was super intense especially doing it for 2 minutes, but the rest between intervals was way too long. I would defintley give it a B rating and will defintley do it again and I will run in place between intervals. The strength portion is pretty much funtional fitness based, but some really intersting stability ball moves. I think it is a great one to do for a slightly less intense day for a full body workout. The workout after warm-up is 50 minutes long.

I will be doing IMax 2 today which I love and probably pub chest and back. I am going to Ihop with my girlfriend for her b-day, but I will not pig out. Sounds like people have some serious workouts planned today. Carole, how are you liking the pilates? That is something I never really got into. I love the yoga though. Have a great day everyone!

Good morning Ladies- Hope everyone had a great weekend and a storm free one. I did not check in yesterday so yesterday was HTA followed by AbRipperX. I am starting P90X next week so I am playing with these workouts. Today I ran 8 miles on the treadmill and then enjoyed a nice long stretch :) . I do not know how some of you gals can run 10-15 miles at a time? I probably could go on forever cardio wise but at about 8 miles by legs start getting so tired and heavy. Well lots to do-da-day so off I go, Have a wonderful day to all.
