Today is a step day - I am doing Marcus' Step Tools on an 8 inch bench, then ab hits.

What's today's plan aside from workouts?

I have disc 19 on tap - chest and tris. The rest of the day will be a little of this and a little of that. We'll see what presents itself.

Tammy when I do CLX as a whole I always did a 30 min warm up cardio also ;) So are you enjoying CLX?
I'm thinking I'll start another round next month :)

Conni not Tammy of course but I think I can answer your question....Chalene emphasis to Go Heavy or Go Home lol... When I do CLX you can download the workout sheets for each phase and I found I was going as heavy as my body could go and even heavier than I thought I could go. I was very surprised at how heavy it was. My muscles would be shaking all the time during each set and I was always a sweaty mess in usually under 40 -30 min. So yes it is a super heavy training program depending on how much you want to push yourself or not ;)

Phyllis I did some Turbo Jam: Punch, Kick & Jam using my weighted gloves. I felt it really good.
This month I'm wanting to focus on fun cardio and toning. I'll be hitting the stores soon to find some P.E. clothes for my youngest and a light jacket or sweater for myself since the mornings here are getting cool. Other than that just doing the bedsheets and towels today.

My arms are fried! This disc uses the double wave load - 3 sets of the same exercise. Each set gets heavier by 5% and the reps are shaved by a couple. The whole thing is repeated or 6 total sets. I worked chest, shoulders and tris that way. Then, I added on the biceps section from CTX KB. I think I wanna keep my arms at my side for the rest of the day!

Vilma - Where is the best source for TJ dvds? I really like it, and want to expand my collection.

Conni ~ I totally concur with Vilma re CLX. I am dripping sweat after 30 - 40 minutes and lifting as heavy as I can manage...that is the key. I did some cleaning today too, still have to do some ironing :mad:

Phyllis ~ Way to go!

Vilma ~ I am loving CLX. The short workouts really fit into my schedule these days. I only add cardio on the days I have extra time.

We went furniture shopping and bought some new furniture for the family room. We will move the family room furniture into the living room (which the boys use when they are home as that is where the big TV is). Now I'm just chillaxin' with a nice glass of wine :p Back to work tomorrow!! :confused::confused::confused:
