Daily check-in 3/6/17

Greetings everyone. I'll get us started today. All I could manage was a stretch (w/ Cathe of course) as my hip/leg is bothering me again. I'm not sure what's going on but it's time for the doctor I'm afraid. When I was pregnant w/ my daughter (29 years ago), I fell down a flight of stairs and have 2 ruptured discs as a result. I've always respected it but didn't let it dictate my activity. Now it might be an issue. We'll see. Anyway...great activity for everyone over the weekend.
 
Hi gals,

Today I taught my aerobic/ kickbox circuit class to 8 ladies. I can see improvement in their punches which is nice to see.

Then I did 60 minutes of weight work , today was my heavy day. I hit chest hard and heavy, and did squats. Also hit triceps heavy and did 2 sets of one exercise for biceps (hammers), shoulder (overhead press), back (lying over head ), chest flies (after doing the barbell heavy), and abs. I also did calves and the leg press machine.

Came home and did the Taebo Express kicks workout which is 11 minutes.

Think I am done now[emoji28]!

Today I gave a bball training, only joining in with some passing drills and then I went home and did RWH chest, shoulders and triceps and now an hour later my shoulders are still on fire!!!

I took a rest day today. i got up to workout but was so sore I couldn't really do anything - a good thing. i read instead while I drank my coffee. Great workouts ladies. Peg - sorry about your hip. I hope you heal soon.

I was able to do a short PHA blender mix this evening....

Nice workouts today ladies. Good sore is nice eh, Ceci!? ;)

I took a second rest day as I am feeling beat, although yesterday wasn't exactly all that restful as I spent over eight hours lifting heavy furniture, pulling boxes etc. lol. I also ended up hurting my neck again. Duh!!

Have a nice one! Feels like winter here still.
