Yesterday was the step combo premix on LowMax.

Today is circuit day and I'm planning on BodyMax. I'll have to get psyched up for a 90 minute w/o!!

Greetings to all who read this check in today :)

Yesterday didn't go as planned, but I made the best of my time. Generally working out or most of my WO needs to be in the morning to fit in w/ my routines. I was unable to do so. But the 2/3 of my WO got accomplished. Better than none.

*Note here: I am noticing some DOMS in my ABS after GS chest and all those push ups from Monday. I did do abs from SJP, but that normaly doesn't cause DOMS. I believe it was all those push ups! Of course my chest feels slight DOMS too today.

Today: GS triceps, cardio choice 30", Leg Conditioning drills of K.Max, abs choice (yikes) & tennis sans rain

HSC and some extra ab work is on the rotation for today. The more I do the HardCores, the more I like them (well, except KickMax}( ).

Good Morning, Ladies!

All this talk about BM, I am going to have to pull it off the shelf and do it!

Today IM 2 (no recoveries!)}( and KM Low Impact premix.

I have to take my cell phone back. It quit working! Can't they make one that lasts? That is so frustrating. I think they program them to quit after a month so they can get you back in the store!x(

Has anyone heard from Dutchie? Is she alright?
 
Good morning all!

Just rest today. Three days in a row & my body is really sore & tired. My last three days were: Sun - BC & KM Blasts, Mon - 20 min jump rope (10 min intervals w/ 30 pushups b/w sets totaling 90) plus BC cardio & abs , Tues - KPC & ME.

Maybe tomorrow I'll hit IM2 if I'm up to it. Have a great day all & stay cool. The heat is supposed to break tomorrow - yeah!!!

I did S&H Chest and Back, but I had to skip the supermans and on, because I had to get ready for work. So I will do it tonight together with some abs.

Hello everyone.

Today is circuit day on my rotation so IMAX EX is calling my name. }(
Everyone says it's mostly a cardio experience regardless of the weight training in it and since that cardio is all IMAX, I am going to skip my interval work out tmrw and just do regular cardio. I don't think I can handle IMAX 2 days in a row! :eek:

Must go feed the little guy!

Good "Humpday" morning everybody!

I am doing the Aug. 2004 rotation so I just did Imax2 (I don't have 1) and arms and abs from an old workout. So I'm feeling pretty good.
Imax2 is so much fun. It's like you dread doing it, but you're having fun and feeling so strong that you actually are doing it.:7

I have to admit tho, I'm glad it's over!}(

Hello, all -
I had a good workout with KPC yesterday - but a rather klutzy occurrence with the stability ball. I got ready to do the abs section, but my back was so sweaty I slipped right off the ball, which shot out behind me and bounced across the living room! The dog was rather surprised. So was I.

Anyhow, today is supposed to be a lower body workout, and I have planned to try Legs and Glutes for the first time. But I also desperately need to go grocery shopping after work, so this may end up being my day off, instead.

Shannon, I have always wondered why they call it a stability ball! Mine is getting more stable every time I use it, but sometimes it just wiggles all over. Never have had it escape as far as yours did. ;-)

I am doing some P90X too Mariángeles

Jane..I did that step only premix from Lowmax on Momday. I really liked it.

Judy...don't feel bad, I have those days when I don't quite finish my workout too.

Tammy...it seems to be those blasts from Kickmax that kick my...you know what!!

Carla...yes, I got an email from Dutchie the other day. She is fine but just busy with home improvements, the boys being hoome for summer, raising her new puppy, studying and job searching. She just doesn't get much online time. I told her everyone here was missing her, she said she misses us too..:)

Kim...those GS workouts are really fun.

Wendy...have fun with Imax Ex...it really is great for cardio junkies...:)

Kali...Imax2 is fun, I like the music best in that Imax...it really gets you going.

Shannon....I try to avoid the stability ball when I am sweaty, but this time of year it is tough. Good you weren't hurt...I know a few ladies on this forum have had some stabilty ball incidents..

I am doing GS standing legs, PlyoX and AbRipperX, and back work. If I have time I'll do GS floor legs...

My first time checking in on this daily thread. I like it, makes me accountable.

Today MuscleMax is on tap. I usually like to workout in the morning, so nothing comes up in the afternoon, but for some reason, couldnt get up on time to do it, so afternoon it will be.

Looks like some great workouts already done and or planned. Have fun and enjoy the day!

Yesterday was Step Heat and GS shoulders & biceps.
This morning was Step Max and GS chest& tricep superset premix. I think the chest/tricep GS is the hardest.:eek:

Morning ladies. Today was Leaner Legs. It's been quite some time since I've done this workout and I forgot what a killer it is. I have a feeling DOMS is going to be paying me a visit tomorrow.

Hello all!

It's a beautiful, grey, rainy day here in southern Ontario:) Odd thing to say, but it's a nice break from the endless glaring sun and heat and humidity.

Last night I did GS Chest & Tris. YOWZAH!!! My arms are still shaky! You gotta love that. I also did Bootcamp core.

Tonight is Step Blast. So much fun!

Shelly~ I can relate w/ your DOMS, I am doing GS one upper body part per day.

Emily~ gotta love those IMAX 's :)
Carole~ Your coments are always so nice, It is pleasant to read your replies.

Wendy~ How did you like IMAX EX?

I ended up doing KPC first 35" for my cardoi choice then KPC abs, leg drill of KM and GS Triceps. It was a great combination.
