Carla...yes, I got an email from Dutchie the other day. She is fine but just busy with home improvements, the boys being hoome for summer, raising her new puppy, studying and job searching. She just doesn't get much online time. I told her everyone here was missing her, she said she misses us too..

Kali...Imax2 is fun, I like the music best in that Imax...it really gets you going.
Shannon....I try to avoid the stability ball when I am sweaty, but this time of year it is tough. Good you weren't hurt...I know a few ladies on this forum have had some stabilty ball incidents..
I am doing GS standing legs, PlyoX and AbRipperX, and back work. If I have time I'll do GS floor legs...
