Good morning,
Last night I did Step Fit, and found it very easy. I'm not sure my heart rate got up very high at any point. It was nice, though, after all the intensity I've been doing lately. And my hamstrings were shouting at me from PLB the day before, so it was a good thing to have a mild workout.
Jane - WOW! That's quite a workout Cathe has you doing today! I wish you lots of energy. Does Cathe mean full, classic sit ups? And does she expect people to be able to do them all without breaks? Regarding your comment yesterday about the cardio blasts feeling good when they were done - so does hitting yourself over the head with a hammer LOL!
Becky - GREAT job on doing that workout the other day! I bow to you. BodyMax will probably feel easy

How's the grandbaby?
Kali - I like hearing that the Butts & Gutts rotation is actually effective. I might give it a go sometime. Why are you adding extra to it? Is there not enough cardio, or something?
Wendy - good luck with BSB today. You can do it!
Katie - ohhhh, that's too bad that the cost of lessons is so steep. I hope you find a more affordable alternative. One day, when I'm finished my thesis, I'm going to join something for a once a week night out. It's nice to belong to a group of some sort, and just have fun.
Shannon - I'm sorry you're finding it so hard to get everything in these days. I thought you just finished a large, time-consuming project? Did they dump another one on you right away?
Pamela - leaving town in a hurry, hmmmmm? My imagination is wandering....I agree with you about doing the same thing for long periods of time gets boring. I did one of the HardCore-only rotations and by the end of the 4 weeks was relieved to put them aside for awhile, despite really liking all the workouts.
Tammy - enjoy your rest day and keep the sick bugs at bay. Regarding your KPC/LG premix yesterday. You know how you can go into the premixes through either workout? Apparently, when you go into the premixes they aren't the same; some mistakes were made in the programming. So, for example, if you went into the premix through KPC, then next time go in through LG. You might find the missing abs included in that version.
Carole - Awesome balance! Apparently our ability to balance declines as we age, and it's not unusual for people over 40 to be unable to balance for more than a few seconds. Yoga is a terrific way of ensuring that we maintain our balance abilities. But then, you're no average 40+ woman, are you?
Annette - I like the combo you did yesterday: KM combos and CK drills. Great idea!
Robyn - what a relief that your son's condition is stable! Yay!
This afternoon I'll be doing PowerMax on the 8" step. Hopefully my hamstrings will feel a bit better.
Have a great day!
Sandra
