Daily check-in 27/01/2006

Man, my workouts are getting later and later,sigh.

Anyway I did Kick Box Bootcamp a CIA workout today for my workout. I did not do the core work but still got a great kickbox workout using the step.

Funny thing is I did kickboxing everyday this week and did not repeat a single workout with the exception of doing Cardio Kicks 2 days but different parts of it. So that is pretty darn good, I didn't even do a taebo either. Goes to show you that I have alot of kickboxing workouts to fill a week.

Pamela: I sometimes find that when I'm overtraining, my body holds onto a few extra pounds. Hang in there...everyone's body reacts to stresses differently.

Carole: I got the airborne and I'm keeping the cold at bay so far. Great workout for you. I think eventually I will break down and get the entire P90x series.
