Hi good morning everyone, I start the check-in today. Yesterday I did a Turbo Jam fiesta (both cardio parties, the 20 minutes workout) and Power Half Hour Bun Shaper with Tony Horton. Today I will do the 20 minutes workout, TJ lower body jam, Power Half Hour thigh trimmer and Mix it Up of the Slim Series. Have a great Saturday everyone.

Today: SJP plus today is my day for cleanmax and errand max.

Yesterday was a power walk and L&G's.

Today a few of us are having a Coremaxathon, doing all of Coremax. I was going to do Lowmax first, but after yesterday, my legs have decided to take a rest day and believe me they have a mind and a will of their own!

So I'm off to conquer Coremax and then off to work!

Hello, Fit Foxes!

Yesterday I did Power Max & Power Circuit. I did abs and planks, but instead of back I did shoulders.

Today I am going for a run as soon as the sun comes up. I am also going to wash my car. That takes about 2 hrs. I have a big SUV. So that is a workout in itself.

Good Morning Everyone!

I'm just finishing my coffee and deciding what to do for today's workout. Yesterday I was inspired by Carole and did HSC and put in an IMAX interval after each of the cardios. It was an awesome workout and I will definitely do this again! Thanks for the great idea Carole!

Hi everyone!

This morning I did Low Impact Step, and found it to be quite easy, even after adding more impact to the moves. Worked up a good sweat, though, and feel good now. I really like that workout. I also did TBStretching #2.

YIKES...I have a lot to do today since I did NOTHING yesterday! x(

I have to do the upper body portions of both MIS and PH PLUS I am going to do as much of Coremax as I can handle! (See the coremax challenge in the october rotation thread!}( )

Sandra, I love LIS! It's perfect for when you want easier choreography and a less intense w/o! I work up a sweat with it too though!
 
Hi again. I am agree with Wendy and Sandra. I have done LIM/BS dvd one time and I had a great time.Laurie I have to try the Carole 's idea. It sounds awesome.Kali good luck with the Core Max marathon.Cathy SJP is fun.Carla enjoy your run. I have just finished my workout. I have done TAEBO advanced live nº 1 (Billy always makes me sweat like crazy and I love it), Turbo Jam cardio party nº 1 and TJ lower body jam. I will do stationary bike later. I did MM today, but just a Mix & Match version of the chest, back and legs. I alternated the exercises and found it a very fun workout...

Hi Fit Cathe-ites!

My new treadmill was delivered yesterday, so today I had to try it out:7! My original plan was to run 30 minutes and then do MuscleMax, but I ended up running for 30 minutes, and then I did an additional 30 minutes of inclines and sprints. I tacked on PUB biceps and then StretchMax#3 w/the band.

Carole: I love MMax....I'll have to put it in next weeks rotation.

Sandra: How are you feeling and how is baby Kate?
