Good morning all.

DD mowed yesterday morning thank goodness so I didn't have that to do after work. DD and I went to pick blackberries then went to get peaches. After we got home and got supper over with, DD wanted to walk, so instead of Christi Taylor I had planned, I walked with her. She is moving to her own apartment August 6 so there will be plenty of days of working out alone. Some things are more important than sticking to a rotation.

Plan to do cardio today.

Mariangeles~ Are you done with your P90X roataton? You seemed to really enjoy it..

Connie~ I just now read your post from yesterday; I will say prayers foryour DH.

Emily~ I learned IMAX2 before IMAX3 and '3 is a challenge with the shorter breaks, bur now I prrfer the shorter recoveries and skip through the longer ones on '2 (That is before my heel acted up a couple of weeks ago)

Wendy~ good luck with your new diet strategy. If I may offer MHO I would try to keep those fats healthy, so your arteries will be in better shape over the long haul. You probably know I am a fan of everything in moderation, & I might to suggest you take a look at the revised food pyramid. Foodpyramid.gov or something like that may get you there.( One tweak I apply to the pyramid is I treat potatoes as a grain insead of a veggie due to their high starch content.) JMHO :)

Good Morning Fit Women,

Yesterday was 200 walking lunges up the mountain with 10# dumbbells. Leg Curls (3 sets of 8) with 35lbs.

Today I will focus on upper body doing upper body segments from SS and ME and ME abs.

Jane,

I have blackberries growing all around my property line and you just reminded me to pick some so I can throw some in my protein shakes and protein pancakes. YUM! I have already picked all the blueberries off my blueberry bush.

Last night was Imax 3. I always dread doing that one because it's SO HARD, but I'm always so proud of myself when I finish! Those plie jacks are killer.

Tonight will be Bootcamp:)

Jane: How sweet! I have found that as my boys' have gotten older, I have to treasure those moments when they seek me out and want my time and attention.

Shelley: I feel the same way about IM#3...a little apprehensive at the start, but feeling SO good when I finish!

You all are doing awesome workouts!!

Yesterday I took my boys skating. What fun!! Burned some serious calories and had a great time. We are definitely going again. I used to skate when I was younger. It felt so good to do it again. Brought back so many memories!

Today was GS B/Sh/Bi, Imax 3 Blasts only, & Core.

I am going to get my hair done and my boys cut too. They are starting a new school this year. Very exciting!

Judy-When I did low fat last time I tried to keep the fats I did take in as healthy as possible. I always cook with olive oil for one thing as a start.:)

I couldn't resist and I had to join the BC party, I did, and I feel great. It is fun and tough at the same time, only Cathe can create something like that. I am covered with sweat, I need a nice hot shower and then off to work I go.

Welcome back Debbie. We are just dying here in Cleveland, I can't imagine how humid it must be in Florida!

Thanks to all of you for the prayers and support regarding my DH. Just reading your posts lifted me up for the day and made it all manageable again. You guys are the best, and I thank God for all of you.

Jane, come on now, I did Step Heaven in your honor today so now you have to do it! ;-) I also threw in the Superman and Plank section from Ab hits also.

Mariángeles..sounds like the recovery week is going well.

Jane...we have these wild blackberries, but I don't like them at all, they grow everywhere like a weed!!

Shelley...I agree the plie jacks in Imax3 are very tough.

Tammy...way to go!!....I rarely do all those push-ups in GSC&T.

Carla..skating does sound fun! I did that alot when I was younger.

Wendy...oh yes, the BC challenge!! Good luck on the diet change. Being vegan I've been high carb for some time...:)

No BC for me today...I did have fun with IntervalMax1 yesterday! I forgot about some of those hard intervals!!! I am doing my Freestyle legwork, abs and a 6 mile run...

It's Bootcamp day!!! *cheers* *applause*

What a great feeling to do Bootcamp first thing in the morning - a major accomplishment so early in the day! :D I'm feelin' great. Now I have to go sit in a booooring class for 8 hours. Blargh! Do you think they'd look at me funny if I got up in the middle of class to do Squat-thrust-climbers? You know, just to wake myself up??? ;)

Morning fit ladies! This morning was PLB followed by hi/lo premix from SJP. I was full of energy today and wanted to keep going with the cardio, but I didn't have the time.:( I love mornings when I feel like I could workout all day.

Hope everyone has a great morning! There are some great workouts going on this morning. Congrats all you Bootcampers out there! Tough stuff!

Wow this week is almost over! Anyway today is treadmill day. I really think my body does best with alternating one day run next cathe cardio. Ever since I started doing cathe cardio I have become addicted and dread my treadmill run somedays but I can't give up my runs/jogs. Later today I will also do Gym style legs and some ab hits.

Good morning ladies,

Did PH yesterday.eeek! I am so sore. My legs aren't used to doing standing work, so squats and really made my legs shake, and this was during the warmup. How pitiful!! But I was able to do the whole tape except for lunges. I have to do ankle weights of LG today along with some abs. I am trying to do legs at least 5 days a week. My lower body needs some major work!

Hello again...as I often do, I changed my mind at the last minute...I dispensed with BC today because I couldn't resist my own personal challenge in doing one of the Terminator w/o's so I ended up doing the VIPER! WOO HOO! :7 }( :+

I will pick up with the BC challenge again next week but I just couldn't resist temptation today }( }( }( ...

Hi all, I did PUB shoulders and also managed some freestyle legwork off of Legs and Glutes, I did calves raises, explosive plie squats (with no explosion) with cross behind lunges, then did one legged deadlifts, and a 2nd set of plie squats. For cardio I did Kickbox Underground, and the humidity is BACK!!!! UGH!! I love summer but really I think I am already ready for Fall!!:eek: :D

Holy cow!!! 834 calories??? I don't own that workout. Hmmmm... might have to look into that one. Is it more challenging than BC?

Hi. I'm veeeeeery late checking in today, so I'll keep this short since the rear of the pack posts rarely get read ;-) I did IMAX3 step-only premix followed by the PUB/PLB bonus premix.

Wendy - hello to you too! Yes, I'm having a pretty good day. DD#1 turns 5 years old today. Hard to believe time flies so fast. She also developed acute tonsilitis yesterday, but I managed to get her on antibiotics by last night, and she already seems to be doing better. I'm hoping she is all better by Sunday - her party day. The Viper is quite the workout, isn't it? I'm very impressed that you got all the way through it the first time! Did you use your new step?

Great workouts everyone. I look forward to the day when I can dust off Bootcamp again and join in the ruckus.
