Hi good morning everybody.Yesterday I did GS chest and triceps, GS legs and the first segment of core max. Today I will do HS challenge, the step premix of C & W and the last segment of core max. Have a great Sunday.

Hi ladies,
Yesterday: I did GymStyle Chest (and was able to up my weights for the bench press to 25 lbers for 5 reps of each set before I had to drop down to 20 lbers). Also did LowMax (premix conatining first 4 intervals), core Max 1, and stretch Max 2.

Today: Gym Style Back, Gym Style Triceps, light cardio and some leg work. The two uppers will be split so that I do one of them mid morning before I have to go in to work and can really focus then on each part as I recently increased weights for both back and biceps and am hoping to get a few more reps at the higher weight before I drop down.

Today was GS/Chest&Tris. Later after church will be a jog. I recently started jogging and I am loving it. Feel so free and good.:)

Today for me will be Leaner Legs (my first time), IM#3 intervals 1-5 and CoreMax tough ab pre-mix.

Unfortunately, I haven't got much time lately to be on the boards. I'm trying to get into a new daily routine. But I did workout!

Mon - MIS
Tue - PUB+PLB bonus w/o
Wed - 6K run
Thu - L&G
Fri - 6K run
Sat - Leaner Legs (totally forgot I had this w/o. I'd never done it before) + CTX UB
Sun - 10K run + Yogazone Stretch&Tone

In a week or two, when my new routine has firmly taken hold in my life, I probably be back here more often.

Hum...rest day b/c last minute plans to go to Cheescake Factory - worth every minute!

Tomorrow I think Step Blast and weights from C&W. I need to order more DVDs soon...

Hi ladies....

I did an 11 mile mostly trail run today. Luckily we barely missed the downpour!! I also did Coremax seg 2 before the run.

Also.... loved the first workout in Hardcore Extreme. It's like Imax3 with HSC....did it yesterday afternoon....:)..Carole
