Good Day everyone! Thanks for the birthday wishes!! For some reason I always feel down on my birthday, so I appreciate your thoughts! Anyway, today I did Greatest Hits "Bonus Chapters" which are basically some of the segments from Cardio & Weights. Still fun but not a sweat fest. I hope everyone is feeling strong and capable & the weather is complying with normal life. Have a good one to all who follow. Peg

Didn't know it was your birthday, when was it? Happy Belated Birthday to you!!

Today I taught my aerobic circuit class to 14 ladies, not a Zumba sub day but 14 ladies on MY day!!! Whoohoooo!!! That went over so about 62 minutes.

Then I did 55 minutes of weight work including abs going heavy on barbell but still only managing 1 rep at 135 pounds. Tried 140 but couldn't do it. Did flies with 30 pound dumbbells, some triceps and shoulder work, leg press machine, then some abs and finished with 12 minutes on the elliptical.

Annette...do you ever wake up and think "Oh good grief...I'm sore (or tired)"? I used to workout 3 x's a week in the PM in addition to my normal morning wkout. It started to creep up on me. I slept like a baby though!!
 
I do sometimes but I would normally still do some type of workout anyway. Mostly tired not really ever sore and I do have a day between my teaching to rest and recover if need be.

I have adjusted the workout I teach to how I am feeling, 1 or 2 of my workouts are less active than the others.

Peg, I often get like that on my Bday as well. ((hug)) I think cause I live so far away from my loved ones, & I get lonesome. Anyway, I wish you as many positive moments this upcoming year as you can stand!!! ;)
 
Elsie, do you really?? It's the weirdest thing. I actually woke up and within minutes I had tears in my eyes. I can't pinpoint what the issue is for me. Then I feel guilty for being sad. I'm a mess!!! Thanks for sharing...and the hug!
 
Howdy girls, hope your day has been good. I'm like you, Elsie, took me a rest day as well ! I'm back on a "blender kick" and I won't stop
until I get a workout just the way I want it ! Wish I put that much dedication into other things I do ! :) Anyway, feel like I am getting a cold
or allergies, so decided to take it easier today. I get alot of lonely feelings too, so I know where you all are coming from ! Everybody be good !

Today I did someone's workout blender of ice blasts. i managed 2 + warm up, cool down and a short youtube workout. Happy belated TLC! I hope you had a good day.

Hi ladies!

Monday my w/o was the youth bball training I gave. The kids have this week off from school so very few came to the training. We had 5 kids and 3 trainers, so we spent the last 45 min playing full court 5 kids against 3 trainers. Fun! Boy was I sweaty after that.
