Today I am traveling to see my Mom and my sister's family so no workout. I'll be back tomorrow for some upper body workouts, cleanMax, errandMax and getting ready to move max (that's scheduled for next weekend).

Last night I did The Viper and LOVED it. I'm not sure what today brings. Maybe some kickbox. Or a run. Or both!:)

Last night was IMAX2, 25 minute upper body segment off BodyMax and 10 min BodyMax session of abs/stretch.

Today I am desperate to get a run in. It's been a over a week since I ran. The heat here just broke the end of this week.

I also think I want to do a full body strengthening w/o like MIS.

Today was Triceps and StretchMax 2.

I have DOMS in my Biceps!!!:D Since starting this intense weight lifting, I have had DOMS after every muscle group I have worked. I guess that's one good thing that's happening!:)

Good morning everybody!
Yesterday was Step Blast and CoreMax, today Super Sets.
Boy. I took your suggestions and started alternating cardio days and weights days, and what a difference. The cardios used to be so easy for me to do, but now it's a whole different ballgame! It feels great though.

Good Morning Everyone!

Father's day shopping is on my list of things to do too Tammy. I'm another procrastinator!! ugh

I'm so impressed how so many of you workout on the weekends! I just can't seem to fit a workout in when the family is home and everyone has stuff to do. I COULD set the alarm for some ungodly hour I guess, but the weekend is the only time I ever get a little extra sleep, and even then I'm only talking about sleeping until at 7 or so.....not til noon!

Anyway, today I am helping my husband mow grass (he has a landscape business on the side), but that doesn't count because its a rider. Also will shop for my dads gift and go car shopping with my daughter. Can't see how any of that counts , so I WILL try to slip in a good long walk somewhere.....

How do you all do it ???
 
Ok I lied. I ended up doing the step sections of LowMax and a total body toning tape about 10 min. for each muscle group.
I'm hoping to start working out 2x a day if I can and plan to do weight training later.:D

Hi Ladies!

Sandra do you have any other great long premixes you can recomend. I did the KPC/lg 80 plus minute one this week. I also di the SB/SJP one that is like 85 minutes long this week. I really enjoyed doing them!

Shelley-How long are the workouts on the terminater and viper workouts?

Another question I have is about the High step challenge advanced dvd. Do you all consider this enough cardio? When I do it I feel like I cheated on cardio for the day. Any input would be appreciated.

Not sure what I will do today. I really need to plan my workouts better. Everytime I think I have then I pick something different. I gues I am fickle...LOL ANyway I hope everyone has a good day!

Got in a 3.25 mile run this morning....

Absolutely have to do CoreMax later today. I have been avoiding those knee roll ins!!! LOL...

Good morning!

This morning I did GS Back, Shoulders & Biceps (Timesaver) and BS Chest& Triceps (Timesaver). My upper body is now pretty much useless... ;)

I've got the most wonderful DOMS in my lower body from doing L&G yesterday. I love DOMS! :D
 
Oh my, you've all been so good working out.

I didn't: at 8AM I got changed into my workout clothes, then I saw the plants I bought yesterday and thought I'd pop those in the ground first and somehow all of a sudden it was 5PM. Had a quick shower, did the grocery shopping made dinner and it is now 7PM and I'm in no mood for working out. The garden looks great though! So I guess today was mega-garden max instead of leaner legs :)

Yesterday was Step Blast, Core Max w/ the stability ball, and Stretch Max w/ the stability ball.

Today I am very hung over so I am going to have to re-evaluate the workout situation later this evening. :) If I decide I am up for a work out, I will most likely do C&W.

Okay, help me out here. I just got back from inline skating. Only did about 13 km. Then I ate a slice of pizzax( I guess as pizza goes it was pretty good. Multigrain crust with zucchini, broccoli, sundried tomatoes, red onion and feta (I picked off the olives). What workout should I do tonight? I'm feeling horrendously indecisive.
 
Hey All: Today was a long old day working and running the kids around. My workout this a.m. feels like old news. I did the CTX upperbody split, Kickbox arm drills and All Step abs. My ankle is messed up, I'm walking down the stairs backwards as forwards just plain hurts. I'm icing it and elevating and will see how it feels Monday and decide if I'll see the doctor.x(

Shelley if your in for some more cardio try IMAX Xtreme and just skip the weight portions. It's a fun workout and a good old sweatfest. Good for you and the rollerblading, what's this 'only 13 km'!? that's a lot!!! Rollerblading kills the outside of my lower leg but does very nice things for my booty, I'll have to give it a go when my ankle feels better:)

Laurie...sorry about the ankle....what did you do? Icing and elevating is the best thing IMO...hope it heals quick...:)..Carole
