Hi good morning. Yesterday was a rest day for me. I was so excited with the preorder. Finally I have preordered gutts and butts and drill max. I am a little two left feet with the step and I don't want more step workouts. I will wait for the boxing series. Today I will do a KICKBOXING FIESTA: TAEBO, Turbo Jam and the punching and kicking premix of KPC. I am going to kick some butt.

Good Morning Mariangels and all Fitness Women who follow,

Last evening: CTX Kickbox (warm-up and cardio) CTX UpperBody (biceps/triceps)...lower body freestyle- PLB (squats/plie squats, calves) and L&G (floor work and stretch).

Today- off as I am going to visit my Mom and my sister's family. Maybe I'll do a bunch of walking lunges at my Mom's tonight (when she's not looking)

Tomorrow: on scedule is S&H shoulders and Meaner Legs or standing exercises of L&G plus a stretch Max. Alot of CleanMax tomorrow too.

Good morning fitness folks... I am up way too early for somebody that got in the bed at 1!! WAY past my bedtime. Went to the Rascal Flatts concert last night and they put on one awesome show!!! Blake Shelton was there and Blaine Larsen. It was a fantastic night. I got some dancing in too!!

Yesterday was PLB and abs from Step Heat.

Today is ME. I have the Apple Festival today so lots and lots of walking!

Good Morning Fit Women,

Yesterday was ME twice. Stayed with same weights as Cathe except for bicep curls at 25...just because I don't have a bar that weighs 20. Made it thru all rounds twice. Lots of sweating going on.

Today will be Tri's/Bi's and Legs and Shoulders (shoulders only) and CoreMax 1 and 2.

Annette...good job on your weight loss...:)

Sandra...I preordered all 4 myself..:)...I did Imax1 intervals 5,6,7 and 8 and Imax3 intervals 1,2,3,6 alternating them. It was quite fun...see I think a DVD/VCR can be quite productive for mish moshing! How are you feeling Sandra?...

Laurie...I've always worked out on carpet and didn't have a problem...until Kickmax, the one combo where she does those turns with the knee raise....No way can I do that on carpet!!

Mariángeles..I bet you are real excited about the upcoming boxing series, sounds very interesting..

Cathy...good workout. Have a nice visit with family. I don't really want anyone watching when I do walking lunges either..:)

Carla...I agree kickboxig is quite fun and I haven't done CTX Kickbox in a long time....enjoy your overnighter..

Jane..I don't think I've heard of Rascal Flatts?...but sounds like you had an awesome time!!

Today I am doing ME too! a coremax abs section and some kickboxing...

~Sounds good Charlotte. I'm doing the Sept. rotation and have been neglecting my upper body. Doing ME today so that will surely help w/ that!

Having my family over for pizza and cake for Matt's 6th BD. DH is making Shrimp & hot pepper white pizza, fresh tomato & basil and plain red. And of course tomorrow is my weigh and measure day! x(

Good Morning Fitness Ladies!

Today I am experiencing doms in the butt and calves from yesterdays PLB , and the rest of the rotation that is attacking my butt and gutt (and LEGS!) in a major way!!
This morning we are going to Oktoberfest Zinzinnati, which I think is the largest and oldest Octoberfest celebration ANYWHERE!
And YES, I know it's not even October and I have NO IDEA why Cincinnati has OCTOBERFEST in September!!!!!!:p Weird, huh?
Anyway, I'll do a lot of walking there, and try not to do too much eating.

Later today I have MM on the rotation and want to do some cardio too and HOPEFULLY even fit in some stretching, cuz these old muscles NEED IT today!!!!!!!

Carole ~~ Rascal Flatts is a country band but they comtemporary country. With the performance by put on last night, they could probably double as a rock band. Their guitar player is something else. At the end of the song, they played an encore of Bon Jovi and Springsteen. It was great!!. Check out their website or listen to a sample of their music on Walmart.com music downloads. They are very good.

God bless the Broken Road and Fast cars and Freedom are my two favorites!

Today I have SH tri/bi, shoulders, 500 crunches and some plank work. I will have to muster up the strengh for this one.:)

Good morning!!! It's easy to see that ME is by far one of the favorites on this board. Everyone does it all the time. :) I, personally, like it too. :)

I am off in a couple of hours to bartend for the day at our bar so a scheduled workout might be tricky. After work we have another fall bonfire to hit on my way home. One of our very good customers has a HUGE bash at his farm every fall.

I'm going to do the following inbetween customers and cooking:

400 walking lunges
400 jumping jacks
8-8 push ups
500 crunches
4-25 dips

I'll do more if I have time, but this will all depend on how busy I am. :) The lunges should be easy to fit in, man, I could almost do them walking over to wait on customers, BUT I might get some strange looks. :+ The price we pay to be in shape. :)

Yep... Kali and Becky... those dead lifts on PLB got me good in my hamstrings. I have DOMS today too. I don't think I've ever had this much DOMS on an ongoing basis!!! :7
 
Carole - I just re-read by response to you this morning about Rascal Flatts... hope you could decipher it. From all the wrong words I used, you can tell my fingers were in gear this morning before my brain.:+

I KNOW it! I think I've had doms somewhere all the time since I've started the rotation! And YES, That means its working!!!!

Hello ladies:

Today I got up early and ran for 50 minutes/5 miles. I know slow, but at least I am running again. I havent run this easily since I had herniated disc surgery and it felt great. Anyway, sounds as if everyone has some good workouts planned for today. Enjoy!
 
Woo hoo, did I get a workout today!! I did A-Jock's Circuit Max modified workout using a heavy barbell and doing lower body work only during weights. It kicked my butt!! The only circuit that I didn't use weights was the balance biceps, I substituted the balance lunges off of the step from LG. I feel fatigued and exhilarated, ready for a shower and whatever this grey Saturday brings us!
