Good morning everyone,

Yesterday: GymStyle biceps (progressive overload), floor leg work (Gym Style legs) and Stretch Max #1 plus CleanMax
Got my Direct TV yesterday. Took advantage of the best package (free for three months).....will downgrade after that but first I get to see which premium channels I like best and then I can just keep those. The selection is better than cable. I get the NASA station...I didn't even know there was such a thing.

This morning: GymStyle Chest (prog.overload) Late this afternoon after work perhaps gymstyle back.

Am toying with the idea of freestyle training for legs and staying with prog. overload for upper body. Have a great day!
 
Good Morning!

Today was Shoulders, Abs, All Step. This evening run. I am wondering if I should do the freestyle for legs after I finish this month's rotation I am doing. I have been going very heavy with legs and have great results. Will this help that even more? Everyone seems to really like the freestyle.

I took my kids to see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory yesterday. What a cute movie. Some things were the same, some weren't. I liked the little twist.

Good Morning! Today is a treadmill jog, abs and a upper body weight workout. Not sure which one as of yet. I may also do a high step workout as I have been doing some of the home trippers activities.

Mariángeles-Do you like ab ripper and core synergetics? I am looking for some different ab workouts.


Cathy-I know the freestylers seem to be loving the results. I too am toying with the idea of this but haven't really started with it yet. Let me know if you decide to and how it works for you.

Carla-I saw the movie this weekend too and I love it! Very cute and the I love Johnny Depp in it as well as the kid who plays charlie.

I'm also thinking about freestyle for my legs too. It's only been 3 weeks w/ my current rotation so maybe I'll give it 2 more. I am "seeing" a difference but my measurements aren't changing. I also got TTOTM today so I have to factor that in. Just weighing myself and being a pound lighter today was happy news for me! Especially because I got it! :7 Plus I have only been eating clean for about 10 days I think.

Just an hour walk today as it is my day off.

Carla-glad you liked the movie. Can't wait to see it too. The boys keep asking so maybe during the week.

I ordered PowerHour DVD last night. Can't wait to try BodyMax.

Today is a full body weight work out. Going with Super Sets. I am going to take it down a notch or two this week because this past week I did many killer work outs and my body is screaming for a break! }( }( }(

good morning ladies,

Been doing some painting this morning, in fact I still have it on my fingers as I type. We have to put on a second coat since the last paint was so much darker.

I hope to exercise today, I have to do GS BSB and tough core premix. I could not do S&H for another week. I can't concentrate right now. I am going to look at those pics now!

Morning ladies. Yesterday was supposed to be my day off, but I ended up doing a segment of Coremax (with DH) and half of the Core Secrets workout. One of the ladies I work with had the Core Secrets DVD and brought it in for me to try. I got about half way through it and turned it off because I wasn't getting anything out of it.

Then, last night we went out for Mexican and I had planned on being good, but ended up having a Margarita and half of a chimichanga (no rice or beans though). Now I feel like crap and am dealing with the guilt. BC on is on the agenda for today, so I really need it to kick my butt!

Good Afternoon now, I guess. I'm very late today.
I did walk "death hill" with my dh this morning , and I just finished Push/Pull premix upper body 3 sets. It was a really good workout for me today. :)
Welcome back to all the roadtrippers as you get home today. Hope you guys had a blast (I KNOW you did!!)! We can't wait to hear all about it, and see lots of pictures.:D
 
Hey ladies! This morning I did the step portion only of LowMax - it sure was a sweatfest since it is so humid here today.

Can't wait to see all the pics from the roadtrip.

Well I"m off to my cousin's baby shower and tonight we are off to the Lycoming County Fair - hopefully I don't eat too much!

Happy Sunday All! This morning I did the first half of CardioKicks followed by GS Chest and Triceps. I really felt the weight work and my arms are feeling a bit shaky now.

Carla and Terri, I want to take my kids to see Charlie, Johnny Depp is such a versatile actor and cute too!!! Thanks for the reviews.

Katie, I wasn't very good yesterday either and also enjoyed a marguerita (or 2;-)) and a big meal at a birthday party! No guilt though it was a lot of fun and good for the soul! :)

Just like everyone else, I can't wait to hear about the roadtrip. I've given the group shot a good look and could only pick out Dani for sure and think I picked out Shonie and Soosan. Cathe and Cedie are both looking pretty cute (as always:) )

Carla...if the heavy lifting works for you, you might want to stick to it. Basically Freestyle was created for slimming down a pear shape. As heavy used to work for me...it does not anymore...

Kali...you girls are making me smile today with all your Freestyle thoughts...:)...That Power Hour DVD is really a great one and Bodymax is very fun...

Wendy..breaks are good after a killer week...:)

Katie...Mexican food is always a favortie for me, as they seem to have a vegetarian menu!!

Becky...way to go on death hill! I am looking forward to the Roadtrip pics...I bet Jes will post first!!

Laurie...maybe we can hit the Roadtrip next time. Will you be giving out massages??...:)..no Margaritas for me but the 3 Ultras I had gave me a nasty headache...

So I made about 13 miles of the 15 I planned. A little marraige spat left me with only about 4 hours of sleep...:(...it was cooking too. Sweated like crazy...but I am done and thats good...enjoy the day...:)...Carole
 
Good Afternoon Fit Women,

Yesterday was alot of mowing and then I ran up and down our gravel road just once. Road was starting to move so it was time for me to come inside. LOL! That heat is a killer out there and frustrates me I can't run in it for long.

This morning I woke up with some kind of a virus. Running back and forth to the bathroom. Did Chest workout only. This stinks. How can you eat every 2-3 hours when your gut is hurting? Well I am sure I will feel better tomorrow.

Just finished IMAX3. It feels so good to finish that one. I actually did all of those jumps around the board, tucks, and ricohets this time!!! YAY... I did the first 24 plie jacks, then 10 into the second set of 16, I joined in when I could after that but it was a lot of jumping jacks for me. Those things get me every time.

Looks like everybody has had some great w/o's today.

Carole - sorry about your marriage spat... I've had a few of those in my 26 years of marriage.... par for the course....

Charlotte - I'm so sorry you're sick. I haven't been sick like that in forever (and I am knocking every surface of wood within my reach) but I know it can really wreak havoc with your eating/exercise schedule. Hope you feel better soon. Don't push yourself too hard out in that heat. This humidity is suffocating.

Just finished my full body w/o...I did 2 shorter premixes. I was going to do just one half hour premix of super sets but I felt like doing a little more when it was over so this is what I did:

Super Sets premix Group A only 28 mins and
Push Pull premix Pull only 21 mins
plus I added about 60 pulses on the stability ball for my inner thighs because I work out did not touch them and they need the help BIG time! :eek:

Gotta jump in the shower now...heading out for the afternoon!

Ok someone push me today. I am having problems motivating myself to do my run today. I run on the treadmill so someone HELP it's not the heat! I know once I do it I will be happy. I did my abs so far today for 30 minutes and thats it!

Right on Carole....I hope I can make the next road trip it would be so fun to meet you and some of the others here on the check in we could exchange stories about injuries, root canals and men troubles:) Hope tonight is better for you both :)

Hi Ladies,

I had the pleasure of working out live with Cathe, yesterday and this morning. Yesterday, we had a step class in the morning, body sculpting around 3:00pm and kickboxing at 5:30 PM, she is a lot fun and she selected some very good music.

This morning we had a live High Step Class, it was tough but a lot of fun! For those who could not attend the roadtrip this year, there may be another one next year. You will be seeing pictures very soon.
