Hi again. Now is 11:43 AM in my country and I have done the HS challenge and one TAEBO basic live series workout.I really always have a party time when I use my basic live series workouts after a Cathe's. I recommend TAEBO to mix with the workouts of our loved Cathe.If you love kickbox , like me, TAEBO is a great way to burn more calories and low the body fat.I have ordered a few TAEBO advanced live workouts and the get ripped series by AMAZON and I can't wait to receive them.Needless to say Cathe is the best and I have found a home here, a place where others just like me are here every day— motivating, challenging, and congratulating one another.Whit the help of my fitness friends and the Cathe's workouts I have discovered my personal best.Thank you.

Mariangeles: Sounds like a great workout. I'll have to try Taebo. Which one do you recommend I buy to act as an addon to a Cathe workout?

Last evening: StepBlast and a 20 minute ab and core workout

Today: will be driving up to visit my mom and my sister and her family and so today will be a rest day. Tomorrow after I get back will be CleanMax and S&H Legs and a StretchMax.

Hi Cathy. I have read lot of TAEBO workouts reviews and the best TAEBO workouts are, in my humble opinion, the advanced live series and the get ripped series. The basic live workouts are only 30 minutes of lenght. Very short.I don't have advanced live workouts or the get ripped right now but if the music is as great as the basic live workouts and the intensity is bigger I will enjoy the workouts. The music in the Tae Bo Live basic workouts rocks!!!!
You can see videoclips of the get ripped series in collage video and you can read reviews in this site: htpp//www.taebofans.com. Right now I have the nº 2,3,4,6 and 7 basic live workouts and I like all of them.Hope this helps.

That sounds fun, Mariangeles. I might have to check into the taebo stuff. I have never tried it before.

Well, today was supposed to be a rest day-yoga and run, but we went to dinner last night. I had oysters rockafeller. Alot of calories, but tastebuds were exploding with joy!:9 So I did Imax 2. Later I will run. I run on Saturday with my boys. They ride their bikes. Keep me motivated.

Carla I will eat italian food today.A lot of calories too. I think I will do cardio later to burn a few calories. Dutchie there is a better weather here but not sunny.I would like to send a great wheather to you. Have a great day.

Today will be S&H shoulders, MIC Hi/Lo, and then an ab workout followed by CoreMax.

There are some awesome workouts happening here....Mariangeles - thanks for the TAEBO info. I think I may have to look into that for some quick add-ons to my weight training days.

And I got my Saturday exercise in too!! I am cookin' today. I did Hardcore Kickbox Circuit for my workout!!:7 :D

Good Morning.

Well, I got Low Max in last night (no blasts) despite my drowsiness and today is lower body for sure and a short cardio session if I'm in the mood for it. Maybe I'll do my L & G mix n match again...we'll see.

Already did some Cleanmax this morning and still have to do some Laundrymax. Hubby is going to do Lawnmax and we might do Shopmax at Home Depot for a kitchen sink. Also considering doing Wallpaperbordermax in the baby's room as well! lol ;)

Hello everyone:

I was feeling better yesterday, but today I am so sick I can barely move. And, I succeeded in passing it along to my poor husband. SO today is REstMAx for both of us. After which I will probably take a nap.

Wendy--you crack me up! I have been doing the laundrymax and cleanmax today too. I also need to get outside and do weedmax in the flower beds. How are you feelling Wendy? I bet you are starting to get anxious. I know I was at this point when I had my boys each time. My third son came about this time when he was born. He was more anxious than I was! LOL! Take it easy.
 
LOL! :7 Wendy and Suzanne, you guys are killing me with the "Max's" today! Too funny!! I need to do some CleanMax and LaundryMax today as well! No Wallpaperbordermax for me!!

Yesterday ended up being a rest day. I was too tired to work out in the morning and had to chaperone a middle school DanceMax last night which was an interesting experience to say the least.

I'm going rollerbladingmax with my girlfriend at noon and then I'll proceed with the first try at Boot Camp. I have nothing scheduled for this weekend which is a rare occurrence. It's a great feeling but I keep thinking that I'm forgetting something.....!! At least it will be a great opportunity to enjoy the beautiful weather this weekend - I'm sending some your way, Dutchie!!

I'm doing well, Sabrina and feeling good overall. So sweet of you to ask!:) I have troubles sleeping because I get really soar hips from being in one position for too long but that's about my only issue at this point.

I am getting very excited and I think I am ready for this to happen...somehow I'm not really too nervous about L & D though so I'm thinking the reality of it has not sunken in yet! lol Might be better off that way though...;)

We accomplished wallpaperbordermax this morning! It looks sooo cute!:+

Hello Everyone,

All this maxing going on is really quite funny.

I did a 30 min Interval Run and all three segments of Coremax. See I can max too!:p

I have been doing some cleanmax and foldmax today. I am really lazy, but the workout was great!

Mariángeles, I have all the Taebo Advanced Lives and the Get Ripped Advanced. The advanced are a little faster paced than the basic, but they get your heart rate up there big time. And the music in the Live Series is great. The music in the Get Ripped is nothing to speak of, but that workout is so tough you don't notice. }(

Dutchie, If I could I would send you some of this wonderful weather your way. Here's hoping this weather makes it over to you real quick.

Omigod is the weather beautiful here today in New York! But I went to the gym anyway because I can't get a good cardio workout outside. Now getting ready to do some abs and some S&H legs.

I also did foodshoppingmax, and tomorrow is dressshoppingmax. :+
