Hi good morning everyone, today I start the week 4 mixing the Slim Series and turbo Jam. Yesterday I did Tear it Up (the most intense workout of the Slim Series)TJ cardio party nº 2 and the 20 minutes workout.I did Power Half Hour Stretch too. Today I will do Shape it Up (78 minutes), the TJ cardio party nº 1,TJ lower body jam and TJ turbo sculpt. I think TurboJam is addictive.

Yesterday was a rest day. I am running the the Susan B. Komen Race for the Cure 5K today. I have eaten sooooo badly the last two days, I hope I don't fall on my face.

I don't have S&H shoulders so I am going to sub PUB shoulder, Timesaver shoulders, and AllStep shoulders. I also have a segment of CoreMax today.

I didn't do abs yesterday so with my stretch tomorrow, I add that ab workout.

Have fun running the Race. Your post put an immediate smile on my face, because yesterday I spent hours at the hospital undergoing prophylactic, intense breast cancer diagnostic testing. THANK YOU!!! I am sure you will be fine running the race. I find sometimes eating junk before running helps me actually run faster and longer. You go girl!

Today is abs, heavy chest work, and ? I am just not sure what I want to do yet.

Today: Either Viper or Firm Lower Body Split on Schedule. Depends on if I get called into work today as I was told I might. The rest of the day is CleanMax and Errand Max.

Good Morning Everyone and Good luck at the race Jane!

I have walked in several walks for Hospice (several of my grandparents used their services and they are awesome!) but haven't tried a run yet. Maybe one of these days!!

Today is my daughters baby shower :) . I'm supposed to do S&H shoulders and coremax, but might have to do it tomorrow instead and take tomorrows rest day today. We'll see. If I have time to workout today, I will ! Otherwise, I'll just eat cake at the shower and forget about it! :p Ha! Just kidding!

I hope everyone enjoys their Saturday!!
 
Hi Jane, I have received the answer to my e-mail. I have read the message this morning. I hope you will have a great trip.Maybe if you ever take another trip like this, you will visit a city nearer to me.

I recomend this workouts to everyone who loves kickboxing.Cathy great workout.Becky eat a cake at the shower:D :D :D . Kali the most important thing is you have fun workoing out. L & G is my favorite Cathe's leg workout.

I am hoping I don't get called in either Kali. The only time I can get most of my housework and errands done is on Saturday. How is your new job? Is one of your benefits being able to buy the mercahndise at a good discount?
 
Hey Cathy! Yes we get a 20% discount (which isn't much), but along with the 20% & $5.00 off coupons is awesome. It's fun working there. I work tomorrow 11-7 x( and on the weekend it's soooo busy all you do is take care of customers. So it goes by pretty fast thank goodness. It's definately an adjustment tho after being home for 6 years! LOL! :)

Good Morning Lovely Ladies.

Today is the day...I can't put it off any longer...I must do a sub for MIC! :eek:

(EEEEWWWW!I hate my dog! He was in the room with me and just farted and walked out and now I am left w/the stench!!!!GRRRR!x( )

So anyway, as I was saying, I gotta do this darned MIC substitute today so I am gonna have fun with it and really mix it up and it will look like this:

SJP w/u and hi/lo
then
Body Max step only
then
SB step blast challenge or ctx step and intervals
then...
I will fall on the fall in a pool of sweat and pass out! }( LOL

Mariangeles, you are really into turbo jam, ey? I see you added it to your quote in your signature! :) When is the last time you did a terminator work out anyway?

Jane, best of luck on the race! You'll do great! That is alot of shoulder work! YOWZA!

Kali, do you like the S&H series? I am considering that series but I keep wondering if it's worth it. It would probably mean I have to invest in a barbell and/or more dumb bells because my DB's don't go up past 15 # so I want it to be worth it for me.

Well, I survived it! It took 75 minutes from w/u to stretch including a couple minutes for DVD changes. I chose to use CTX Step and Int. instead of the SB challenge and that is probably why I made it through! LOL I think using the SB challenge would have been MUCH harder. I think I have MIC on the schedule in this rotation again in a couple of weeks...I'll have to try it with SB next time and see if I can do it. }(

I finished my CTX rotation today with Leaner Legs. Since Kate was still sleeping soundly when I was finished, I decided to tack on Basic Step as well. A very good workout. My legs were like jelly at the start of BS, but eventually they started working properly again :)

Jane - Woah!! If you can do all those shoulder routines consecutively, then you are unbelieveable! Have a good race!

Becky - have fun at your daughter's baby shower. Mmmmm, cake!

Wendy - great mixture of workouts to create a faux-MIC. Have fun! In case you didn't see it, I posted an answer to your question on yesterday's daily check-in.

Sandra.. yes that was a lot of shoulder work... I was did AllStep shoulders last and I was really fatiguing!! I finished those three set of shoulders, CoreMax #3 and that 5K run and I am FINISHED for today!!

Going to a BBQ benefit for my neighbor who has melanoma that has spread to his brain. He is on his second round of radiation therapy and back on steroids. He was taking a chemo drug call Temodar and I believe they are going to start that back up soon. He is holding up good but, as you can imagine, this is a hard fight.

Wendy...I see you survived your MIC sub!!! YEOW!!! I did a fun one from SB/SJP yesterday. The cardio circuit premix. You alternate the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd SB combos with thw SJP Hi/Lo combos and then add the last SJP Hi/Lo combo. Wat fun!!

Tammy...I want to do Shopmax too!!!! My money tree is not bearing...darn...:)

Sandra awesome workout and nice Kate let you have some time! Thank you so much for your kind words a few days ago...:)

I did CTX upper body split, PLB calves and floorwork, S&H ab work from the Tri and Bi workout. Forgot how fun those abs are...:)
