GOOD MORNING ALL YOU WONDERFULLY FIT WOMEN!!!

Today, I tried something new and challenging. I ran 3.3 miles, 1.3 miles of it over gravel, just for a change. WHOO, DOGGY! It did feel different! I also did 1 segment of coremax.

Hi everyone,

I did KickMax combos 1-4, and MIC step. Great workout. Now I'm ready for a long nap.

Thank you to everyone who expressed concern about my friend's mother yesterday. She made it through the 8 hour surgery and the doctor felt it went really well. As well as the double lung transplant, she also had a single heart bypass. It blows my mind that we live in an age and a society where we can actually do operations like this. We are so fortunate.

Jane - I like MSB too. It's a solid workout. I look forward to hearing how you like the workouts on the Fantastic Four dvd. I really like the step workouts, but haven't even attempted the hi/lo ones yet. I think I'll do that soon.

Dana - enjoy the train ride! That sounds like fun!

Katie - impressive job on IMAX3 today!! You deserve a margarita!

I did PUB last night and hubby wanted to do it with me! We were halfway through the biceps and he stopped and looked at me and said, "boy....this is a good workout!" Like he was surprised. I told him that it was a good workout and that it is a serious one and that he would like it. Anyway, I had to smile when came to the enlightenment that Cathe workouts are serious!
 
Morning Everyone,

Just got back from a dentist appointment. My teeth are nice and clean. :7 Today will be PLB and a step work out. I will decide which one when I get to that point.

Everyone going on the road trip have a great time! I will be at the Faire again this weekend and then we are going to my brothers cabin for a swimming and relaxing vacation. I'm finally getting a chance to read my books.

Another busy day on the check-in, it's great to be a part of a group so commited to fitness:)

I enjoyed an XtremeMax workout this morning. I did the KPC/LG Extreme and put BodyMax powercircuit segment in right before the high intensity KPC drills. It was a pretty long workout but I needed it and I feel great. The rest of the day is running errands, getting haircuts and shopping for a friends birthday party tomorrow. My 14 year old is counting the hours until we can pick up the new Harry Potter book.

Mariangeles, hope you had a great B-day, enjoy your well deserved rest.

Shelley, bon voyage Girl, have an awesome time!!:)

Kali, glad to hear MIL is recovery although there's lots of work ahead for her.

Sandra, that's an incredible amount of surgery in a day, all the best to her and your family.

Katie, big high 5 on IMAX3, that's a tough workout!!!

Hey, I'm back. My work out is done, but as usual I changed what I was going to do! lol Instead of doing the Low Max step premix I did Power Max up through the 2nd step combo (it's been forever since I did this one! Such fun!) and then I did the first 3 blasts of Low Max and the cool down/stretch. AWESOME WORK OUT! The LM blasts after 40 straight minutes of stepping really gets ya GOOD!

Not including the warm up and cool down I worked out for 53 mins. Calorie burn was 640. Average HR was 142 and High HR was 164. I feel good!:7

Morning Ladies- Today is anoher run day for me. I seem to struggle with getting motivated to do them this week. I like it after I really get going but until then it seems so DULL and I think Step step is what I really wanna do:) After my run later I will do legs and glutes and some ab workout.

Hi all, pretty lame workout for me, but this week has been crazy with dh gone and then having to go get him, so I really am thankful for any workout that I was able to get in. Sooo today was PUB triceps and biceps only. I will be grocery shopping with my 3 sons later so I will do some walking with that. I did not get my legs worked today but again like I said before I will concentrate on really doing a good 2nd week of freestyling next week.:)

Greetings Check in Readers!

I am checking in AFTER my workout again. The mornings seem to be too busy to read much on The Cathe Forum. I did PS series all upper body parts today and abs, then played tennis again in almost 90 Degree weather and very high humidity. Even though its hot I am enjoying the outdor sports very much.

I hope to get in a short but effective lungs series again today, and then different legs tomorrow.
