Hi good morning, today is stretch P90X.Today I finish the 3 week of the P90X. I need a recovery week. Have a great day everybody and an awesome weekend to the road tripers.

I'm just doing an hour of cardio today.
I'm going to do the step premix of LowMax and tack on the blasts on the end.
Tonight is ME. I have some DOMS in my hamstrings & tri's but I am definatley not minding them!}(

My MIL is doing good after her knee replacement. Thanks for your prayers. I do not envy her having to learn to walk again.:-(

Hope everyone who went on the roadtrip has a blast.
We will have fun here too.:7

Good Morning Fit Women,

Yesterday I had to take a rest day. Did not get enough sleep night before...cracked window stressed me out, etc. Son coughing all night long from allergies. It was a bad night

Got some good sleep and today will be Tri's/Bi's, Shoulders from L/S and SS Shoulder, Chest and Back. Bike riding later. Grocery Max today too.

Tonight: Probably cardio again as I will only doing strength training over the weekend.

Last night was Bootcamp. This morning is last-minute-pack Max and I'm on my way.:)

Good morning everyone.... great w/o's everybody!

Charlotte - I'm glad you got some sleep. I've been off since Wednesday and I have woken up between 5 and 6 every day. (5 is my usual wake up time on work days). Oh well, I'm getting in full days on my days off and not sleeping them away.

Mariangeles - have a good rest day, you've really been working hard with the P90X!!!

I'll have to try mixing up some of those step/cardio w/o's like you ladies are doing.

Yesterday was Mega Step Blast. It was so much fun!! I love that old w/o.

Today will be a circuit w/o. I am leaning towards The Viper.

So glad this week is almost over! Ready to put it behind me!

Today was ME. This evening I am supposed to do sprints. I really hope I can. The Direct TV repair man and Alarm guy are coming today. Hopefully before my workout time!! I hate they don't give a certain time. I understand. I just don't like it. They are like, Oh we'll be there between 8-5.

Today is cardio for me...I'm thinking Low Max premix.

I have some DOMS from BC yesterday. }(

I took my body fat this morning and it came out about 1/2 of a percent lower than it was yesterday! I hope it's not a fluke! :7

Good morning and Happy Roadtrip day to all of those going!!:D

I'm disappointed in my workout this morning. I started with good intentions......got IMAX3 out, which I've never gotten through yet. Have only tried it 3 or 4 times. Anyway, into the first blast I realized today was NOT a blast-kind of day for me, so I switched to doing step only. That's a pretty short workout and I didn't feel like I had done enough so I got out stepheat and did some of that. It totalled about 45 minutes of step, but none of it was very challenging and I feel I "cheated" myself, if that makes sense.
Does this happen to any of you? I feel like I should do more, but don't know what............maybe I'll just try to walk later in the day or something.
Oh well, Just feel like I blew it this morning
:-( and I woke up so ready to workout!!! ;(

Jane, please tell me how you like Christi Taylor too! I'm seriously considering buying a few of her step workouts.....they sound like something I would like.

I even used Christi in a mishmosh today. It was good.

I did Kickmax warm up and all 4 drills, Totally Hot Cardio segment 2, Ab hits and Kickmax stretch - total time 75 minutes.
Really fun!

I have many days when I feel cheated...going down in weights instead of up, taking too many pauses between sets instead of going steady. Just depends on how you feel, what you ate (do I sound like Cathe)? She says that same thing in one of her workouts.

Hmmmmmm Charlotte,
You might have something there. I ate pretty good yesterday......up until bedtime! I had yogurt in the morning, then a grilled cobb salad (lite balsamic vinegrette) at McDonalds and water.......later on for a late dinner, I had a bowl of shredded mini wheats.......but right before I went to bed, I ate DORITOS! I dont' even know why....wasn't particularly hungry but wanted something salty. They WERE baked, but still............
Maybe that's it !!
Hopefully that will be something I remember next time I reach for an unhealthy bedtime snack!!

I did S&H chest and BC abs only. I didn't do the incline part of the chest because had brothers come for supper and pushing for time. I feel it anyway today. I have S&H back today, and possibly some abs.

Jane, what are the names of your videos you ordered? I know it is exciting to get new workouts.


Becky, I have had those days when I had to go down in weights or just couldn't push myself as usual. Last week I ate horrible at the beach and I'm paying for it in my weights. Hopefully next week it will improve. but I know you probably haven't had a week of disgusting eating as I have. So I'm there with you.

Hi Becky. I know how you feel. The other day during LowMax I had to lose my step because I was beat. And I was all psyched about doing the whole thing instead of the premixes.
Today I did the Step combo premix and was going to do the blasts at the end like you did the other day and I did not have it in me. So I did the step combos from C&W's too. No biggie.
Listen to your body. Our minds and bodies are sometimes NO WAY on the same page!:7

Kim you sound like your starting to feel better about things. You'll get stronger and feel better each day!:)

I will do 30 laps in the pool. I can't believe I've done 180 in last 6 days. I'm trying to increase how many lengths of front crawl and am now up to 12 and the rest are breast stroke.

Becky I know how you feel, I don't think I've used my step risers in the last month, it's all I can do just to use the step, it's so darn hot. Sometimes we need to give ourselves a little break. Thank god for the pause button.:)

Becky...we all have those dyas when we don't feel so great. But 45 min of step is not at all cheating...you did good!

Sandra...no...not a 50K but a 15K last saturday. Wow...sorry about your almost aunt's surgery...:(...I'm glad you will be with your friend during this tough time. My prayers are with all of you. Let us know...

Hello ladies! I didn't get to do the workout I planned last night b/c we got unexpected company so tonight I"m going to do PS back/biceps and walk at lunch.

Tomorrow I'm planning on walking in the am (hopefully I can get up before DH & DS), I also want to do PS chest/shoulders/triceps and the 33 min premix from GS Legs. I don't know if I'll get all that accomplished b/c I've got to be out of the house by 9:00. I"m taking my son and my friend's son on a 1 and 1/2 hour train ride.

Becky, sometimes we have to listen to what our body is telling us. I've learned this (sometimes I don't always practice it though) the hard way.

If you didn't feel up to the blasts, then your body was probably telling you it needed a lighter w/o. 45 minutes of step sounds pretty good. I sure you had a very good steady state cardio w/o.

Morning ladies. Today I am very proud to say that I did IMAX 3 with no modifications and no extra pauses!!! First time for me so it was very exciting. Tomorrow is my rest day.

DH and I are going out to dinner with an old highschool friend and her SO... Mexican food!x( I love Mexican food, but think that my willpower will be strong enough to just get a grilled chicken salad. Luckily this restaurant has a "light minded" section of the menu, although even all those entrees (except the salad) are around 600 calories. Have to try and stay away from the Margaritas as well. Oh heck, maybe I'll have just one to toast all the roadtrippers out there!!!
