Good morning everybody. Today is steady state cardio and abs work. Did ME yesterday so no add-on weight work today.

As usual, will figure out what I'm doing a little later.

Jane - I did ME yesterday too! How much weight do you use on those &(#%&*(*% biceps?

This morning I'll do a segment of Coremax. The one with the stability ball. I'm supposed to run today, but it's TEEMING with rain, so if it doesn't clear up, I'm going to do Imax Extreme later but leave out the weight sections.

Hope everyone has a fantastic Sunday! It's back to work for me tomorrow. Blarghx(
 
Hi good morning Jane, Shelley and everyone who post later.I have taken a walk with my mother.After the walk I have done Core Synergistics and the second segment of Core Max . Shelley I was thinking about a Cathe's cardio premix but I am tired because the workout I did yesterday. I will use my stationary bike.I see you are going to do the same CM segment I have done.

I was supposed to do KPC yesterday but never found the time so I will do it today. Today was going to be my rest day so that makes it easy to p/u the missed work out....

Yesterday was PS/back,and MIS/back. Will do PS/chest, and MIS/chest. Probably add on coremax 1 also.

Just finished my steady state cardio w/o. I ran/power walked for 50 minutes to keep my heart rate in the middle of my training zone. Burned 327 calories.

I am going to do CM #3 and that's it for today.

Shelley, I'm ashamed to say what I do on those biceps on ME. My biceps are a part of my body I need serious work on. I use 8# dumbells about three-quarters of the way through. Cathe is using a 20# barbell so I'm just 4# shy of her weight but I can't make it all the way through. I have to drop to 5# dumbells about the time she is making that evil laugh or just before. Maybe one of these days.....

I'm taking a rest day today, but I plan on doing MTV Pilates Mix workouts #1 and #2 to stretch out my tired muscles.

Morning ladies. Yesterday was my rest day and boy did I need it. I had some good DOMS going after KPC on Friday. Still a little sore this morning, but I did BC. For a split second I thought about doing it twice, but then that thought quickly fleeted from my mind.:7 I decided that the next time I do BC I need to go up in almost all the weight work. I went up in the biceps this week, but next time I will need to go up in the leg work. I'm sure I'll be regretting that while I'm doing it, but for now it sound like a good plan.:+

Well, I was looking for a good Sunday morning kick in the pants so I took Cathe's challenge and did BCx2. It was kind of like going to the dentist, thinking about it was worse than actually doing it. The second round flew by so quickly. It took me about an hour and 45 minutes and I can't believe how drenched my clothing got. I can totally see doing this again (but not for a while;-) )

I was supposed to hit the beach with friends today but it's crummy outside so I'm not sure what's up. I do know that I've earned a long leisurely shower and a good lunch:7

Yesterday my workout buddy and I did 1000 crunches!!!! I woke up feeling like I got beat up...WHAT A GREAT FEELING!!!!!

Today I did Tricep work with DD too. At some point in the day I want to do Chest and Back using Smith Machine.

You ladies always keep me on my toes, Carole a 12.5 trail run is tough enough, Carlotte 1000 crunches, the most I have ever done is 350. You keep raising the bar for the rest of us here!

This morning I did HCE#2 and The Bar Method Pilates for the abs, legs and glutes.

That is awesome Charlotte! I did 400 on vacation. I'll have to try for 500 tomorrow. I love feeling like someone kicked the crap out of me!}(

I just walked today. I'm still coughing and have sinus pressure so I'm taking it easy. Tomorrow will be cardio and freestyle. I have made the commitment for 8-12 weeks and I am sticking to it. It's time to whip this PEAR into shape!

Hi everyone!
Today I did CM plus CTX Upper Body Split. My arms were completely fried. Monday is 5am fitness fiesta for me only I'll be doing it at 3:45am.

I am so late today......but at least I fit something in. I just finished Cardio Kicks. LOTS of stress lately (daughters wedding is Saturday and MIL was admitted to the hospital last night after fainting and cracking her head open. Besides staples in her head, she is now being seen by a cardiologist!) , so I got a lot of aggression out with all those kicks and punches!!!}(
The weekends are WAYYYYYY too short!
How can it already be Sunday evening???
"See" you all here tomorrow, provided I can continue to squeeze in workouts during this hectic time!!
