Mariángeles, you will love P90X!!

Cathy...I bet the humidity can be draining. It'll be hot here (about 88) but our humidity is fairly low.

Yesterday I did PowerHour, 3 Lowmax intervals and Bootcamp core only.

Today I'll be doing a 17 mile run around the Sac river, some trail, some pavement.

Enjoy your workouts....:)..Carole

Good Morning Fit Ladies!

Today MuscleMax is on the rotation. I also want to do another short run, but my legs are still quite sore.

It is very hot and humid here too. I may stop by the new YMCA in our town and see what it is like. If they have an air conditioned indoor track, I'm signing up!!!

Good Morning, Ladies!
Today was Kick Max. This was a great addition to the DOMS I have in my legs!!}( This evening I will go for a run.

Well, we made it through the storm great! It wasn't so bad. We had a tremendous amount of rain and winds were 75mph. We only lost power for an hour. Thank God!! I just pray this is the worst storm this season. It's only the first week of hurricane season, and the temps. are very hot!!

Carole-are these trails near your home? They sound like so much fun!

Cathy-what does progressive overload mean? I like the way it sounds!}(

Enjoy this beautiful Sunday!

Good Morning.

No work out yesterday, and probably not today. I "snuck" in friday's work out since DH wasn't around. He didn't want me exercising until I see the doc even though I told him I would go easy. OOPS! :p I know I am bad but I couldn't wait. I will exercise tomorrow again while he is working....SHHHHH! lol

Carole - 17 mile run, wow. I am impressed with marathoners.... Right now I am building back up to my 6 miles I was running last fall before my RA flare. 6 miles is about it for me. I wish I could go further. I love that feeling after a run, nothing like it.

Today - I think just a walk. After HCS yesterday, two hour workout Friday - Step Heat and PUB, I am taking it easy today.

Carla...so glad the storm got past you without too much damage...yes the trail I did today is about 9 miles from where I live. I live by 2 lakes too and they have some nice trails (mostly dirt) which I prefer.

Thanks Jane....this one about killed me. The longest distance I have done for awhile is about 14...I do feel the 3 mile difference now!! 6 miles is great! It's tough coming back from an injury..I know...

I worked out later than usual today...but it was an awesome workout!! I know it's pretty late, but I just had to share.

Today I did Leg & Glutes followed by the first segment and cool down from Step Heat. It was invigorating, and it blasted me out of the funk I had been in.

Kicking workouts, everyone!!

Connie :D
