Hi good morning everybody. Yesterday I did muscle max and High step challenge. One after the other. Today is a cardio day. I will try a hardcore extreme workout. Have a great Saturday everybody.

Glad to see you are back in form Mariangeles.
Yesterday for me was IMAX 3 and Gym Style Back and Shoulders. Today will likely be cardio and stretch only. Will post later or tomorrow.

Yesterday was Low Max (no blasts).

Today is a rest day.

Going to the circus with my DH, my mom, my sister and her (LARGE) family this morning. Have to leave the house by 8:15am! UGH! lol Circus should be fun though. :+

I have the bonus premix of PUB/PLB on schedule for tomorrow...I'm excited to try that one!

Going rollerskating today for 4 hours. My TTOM so I am going to need to take some advil for cramping. Hope it won't slow me down, but I think the music will keep me from that, if its good! LOL! I just love music!
Children are bringing their friends along so they will be busy and I will be able to skate freely as I don't plan on stopping much. I think it is going to be fun and a great workout for legs and butt so I want to take complete advantage of it since I don't skate often.

I haven't been skating since I was a teenager! I'd probably fall on my face if I tried to skate today! lol

I used to hang out in this particular skating rink every weekend for a long time. It was like my home away from home. lol

Wendy- there use to be this Seabrook Rollerskating Rink in Lanham, MD that I use to go to every single weekend for about 2 years when I was around 13 years old. Living in Pa in the mid 90's, we discovered a rollerskating there when we first moved to Pa. I never thought I would be able to skate since it was soooo long ago that I skated last, but it all came back to me like I just skated yesterday! I guess you never forget even if you think you have. Legs still work after all these years! LOL

Wendy-I did the Bonus combo yesterday. It is good. Although I think I did something to my wrist. I am going to Academy and get something to keep my wrists straight.

Today is my rest day. It is beautiful and 73 here, so I will be washing and cleaning out my Yukon today.

Good morning, ladies:

Thursday ended up being an unplanned rest day for me. Yesterday I did S&H Legs & Shoulders and I was a little disappointed... I thought there would be more leg work. Ah, well, I guess I need to go really HEAVY to get the benefits! lol Today I previewed GS Legs & I am really looking forward to doing that tomorrow. Later on I will be doing either ME or Kickmax, not sure yet.

I am taking the kids to the mall to get our pic taken for Mother's Day. Both of my rugrats had their hair cut militarily short this week and they look so alike it is scary!!!

Wendy, we went to the circus last year and it was AWESOME! We really had a good time.

hey fitness divas!!!! today i did c/w abs, 20 min at max incline on treadmill with weighted gloves and did constant arm work while trudging uphill. i needed a break from step. then i had my first protein shake and it wasnt' bad at all. i'm so glad about that.

charlotte: skating is awesome! i used to spend weekends at the rink. it was the thing to do. i don't remember getting much of a workout though. i should go try it now. i was definately more fit then and now it might kill me. have fun!

mariangles: so glad you are feeling better. Good for you!

Hi everyone!

Today was IMAX3 and I'm so glad I survived it}( :)! I had to modify just a little here and there but otherwise not too bad...finally getting the hang of some of the step routines!! I also did KPC abs.

Mariangeles, I am glad you are feeling better and it looks like you are back to your pre-injury amazing workouts!!!!

Jes, glad you liked your first protein shake.....I'll email you a few recipes that I use!!

i just got done with workout #2. i was feelin spunky after i posted and ate breakfast, so i did the 41 min premix of SB, KPC abs, and the leg presses and ankle weight premix of L/G. i have so much more energy in afternoon workouts. this morning stuff is killin me!!!

Sandy, I could just copy your post! I also did Imax 3 and KPC abs and am also starting to get most of the combinations in Imax 3. There's a couple where I ALWAYS seem to end up on the wrong side of the step or on the wrong foot though. I'm sure I'll get them eventually, and I'm probably working harder anyway, just trying to get back to where I'm supposed to be:)
 
Shelly, I hear you!! When you mentioned a few where you always end up on the wrong foot or wrong side of the step I immediately thought of interval 8.....I was soo aggravated with that one, LOL that I wanted to throw a hissy fit.....sometimes I'm a little too impatient with myselfx( !!! Don't you just love KPC abs?? I find I reach for that ab segment(PUB abs a very close second!) most often}( !!!

Hey Jes....whoa girl that was one hell of a workout you put in today....Good for you:7 :7 :7 !!! Very impressive}( Oh I'll definitely pass a few recipes on to you.....I'll call you during the week; it'll be a good excuse for another great yap session:p }( LOL!!
