Sandra - LOL... off the deep end is definitely not accurate. I watch with interest the w/o's you put together and suggestions you make. You know Cathe's w/o's in and out. I, on the other hand, am a novice but I'm having fun trying to figure out substitutions. You should see what I put together to sub SJP later this month. I am using the TimeSaver and reformatted it to match the entire SJP w/o. I am going to have to flip back and forth between TS w/o's.

I've noticed you can only program the Workout Blender within that workout correct, you can't cross over to other w/o's and have them play in continuity. Can you program the TimeSaver DVD with the DVD player to play different components of each w/o in continuity? Is this making any sense?:p

If so I'll have to figure out how to program my DVD player, never got the book out on that one:p :)

I have all the workouts you suggested and I like your ideas! Thanks for all your help. I'll let you know tomorrow what I end up doing!
Just LL gives me DOMS for 3 or 4 days! I'm not sure my legs are up to what's ahead!!:p

At least we're in it together! Sort of a "misery loves company" sort of thing...huh? ;-)
