Good morning everybody! :)

There is everybody? Oh yeah, it's Thurday, for some reason there are always less people here on Thursday, did you ever notice that?

I did one hour of yoga this morning and it felt really good.

I hope that everybody has a great workout or rest day

Glad you enjoyed your yoga.

I did Lowmax yesterday and actually enjoyed it! I was feeling it today so I did PH instead of GS Legs which I had planned. I can just imagine what I'll be feeling later today after all those lunges!
That's ok tho. No pain no gain right?

Good morning fitness folks.. I'm off today so I'm going to try to catch up on a little cardio. I am doing KickMax today and another steady state step cardio at a different time. Probably step combos from LowMax and SJP, subject to change as always!!!:+


Yesterday was MIS and it felt soooo good.

Good Morning Everyone,

I seem to fizzle by Thursday, but not this week. I am determined to stay on track.
This morning I did Timesaver #5 and added some calf work with the ankle weights on.

I was so happy to see the sun yesterday, that I made my two boys stay outside and jump on the trampoline with me. They kept wanting to stop (they were tired) but not me, thanks to Cathe.:D :D

Wow, you can hear crickets in this thread....

Last night I ran a couple miles and then did Legs & Glutes. YOW! This morning was Body Max w/o weight segments.

I did PUB down only premix this morning. I went super heavy and FRIED my upper body like crazy!!!}( :7 }(

When Joey goes for a nap I'm doing Coremax and hopefully about 30 minutes of cardio.

Morning all! Today was KPC. I always think in the beginning of that workout that it's not going to give me a good enough workout, and then by the end I am so happy it's over!:p

I am trying to lose 10 pounds before I go to Vegas in December and couldn't wait until Monday to get on the scale, so I got on this morning and have lost a pound already. Woo Hoo!!!

Sounds as tho, you guys had a nice workout:) good! Doesn’t it feel so good to be able to wake up ‘EARLY’ and get your workout done.

Last night, I did P90x CS&T i really like this workout. So many push-ups, its crazy.

This morning, I did me fav Legs & Glutes & Great Abs. Tonight, P90x Back & Biceps. I have never done this w/o, heck, its still in the wrapper }( ;(

Tomorrow morning, Kickmax, this is when I find out, if my new shoes are working or not. UPS delivered em yesterday, I was happy, cuz, my feet were really suffering from old shoes.

However, I noticed, well first! I purchased the New Balance 620wb and I have always brought the 606wb for years. When I compared the shoes, I noticed the 620 soles are not as thick as the 606 and it got me kind of leary about em. I need a ‘THICK’ sole, that’ll support my feet.

I just hope they support my feet and I don’t get splints while jumping, bumping and mosted important, when doing step aerobic. I shall find out tomorrow, or back they go.

I did wear them this morning while doing L&G and they felted just fine, but the true test is when doing step aerobics. I shall see. Have a good day all

Hi again, my workout is done. Finally I have done TAEBO advanced live nº 8 and nº 5. Great workout.Later I will do 1 hour in my stationary bike. See you tomorrow.

I took a sick day(off from my workouts), and took a long nap,compliments of the cold medicine, this afternoon. Doing some better but still can't breathe out of both nostrils,LOL!!

It was a bit tricky, Sandra, but I was much more capable of handling RS today then I was capable of handling All Step the first time I did it! Had I tried RS back when I first attempted All Step...FORGET IT! LOL People say the third combo of RS is the worst though and I have not done that one yet...we will see how I fare when I get to it! I took out a couple of non-essential turns today to make learning easier...it was fun!:)
 
Got my cardio in today, KickMax around noon and the first three cardio segments only from Cardio&Weights with the stretch and w/u.
