Good Day everyone!! I hope you all had a restful weekend. Today's workout was Michelle Dozois Peak Fit Cardio strength #2. I love those but you need a lot of energy. Excellent workouts.

Question of the day???? I think Linda should come up with one.....I'm stumped at the moment.

Peg - you definitely need a lot of energy for Peak Fit. I've only ever done a few of them and there is absolutely no way I would do one now in my current state.

Yesterday I took a rest day, only going for a walk.

Today I did KCM Split Sessions upper body and then later in the day 26min of a dance workout. So two shorter workouts. I thought I might do more tonight my my hips and back feel sore/tired so I guess I will perhaps just rest.

Hi gals,

Today I taught my aerobic circuit class to 6 ladies for 51 minutes.

Then I did 35 minutes of moderate dumbbell and cable work plus floorwork abs and legs.

Nice day out. [emoji3]

Mine would have to be Ice, so much content with that series...

Hi Everyone,

I had a long workout on saturday but was so rushed that i just could not check in.
Sunday was a rest day.
Of all the series I think I like Xtrain and ICE. ICE has so much in it. I also like RWH and the new S&S series too.

Henriette - split sessions -- have not done that in ages. also, i don't buy kcm anymore. i find her energy a bit flat for me. her workouts are good - but can be hit and miss. cathe almost never gets it wrong for me. not sure why - must be cos its cathe
 
Oh and about the favorite Cathe series, honestly I do not own a complete series.

Oh and one of my class ladies says that she doesn't like the weekend because she misses coming to my class, I think that is sweet[emoji1]

today I did Linda Wooldridge small ball abs routine & some DIY mobility work.
As for my fave series, it's LIS and Xtrain. I just get great results with these!
No, Henriette, not ordering KCM. If the reviews though are to my liking, I might get the download(s). I do enjoy her workouts. The youtube ones were excellent. How about you?
According to the newsletter today from Cathe, we will hopefully see some filming in the next few days or so of her latest series which I did order this time around! :)
Due to a stressfull/social engagements etc. week I have ahead, I doubt I will be checking in very often. Everybody have a relaxing as you can get one and hopefully some satisfying workouts too! Missy, I understand your anxiety. ((hugs)).
 
Favorite series......Tough question. I love Low intensity series, Xtrain and ICE. It simply can’t be just one, it’s Cathe! I didn’t preorder Kelly’s. I also would like to see clips 1st. She’s hit or miss with me too. The only one of Cathes that was lackluster for me is the Strong and sweaty series. It doesn’t excite or invigorate me like most of her other stuff.

Henriette you must be killing all the upper body stuff! That’s awesome!

No, I didn't preorder Kelly's, I have a few of hers, a couple I really like....tonight I did a blender mix called
Cathe: Then & Now, it's a mix of older and newer workouts with a step warmup & cool down/stretch, with weights
In between.

Besides Ice, I like the STS series too, a lot of variety in those as well,and not a hundred reps of everything! :)
I liked S&S too....have a good night....I am still on a YouTube "high"!!! :):)
