Yesterday: Gym Style Back (in the AM)
SJP, NY Ballet Stretch in the PM (Clean Max,errands work in between)

Today: Planned is S&H triceps and biceps (AM) and S&H Legs (PM)
May need to sub the leg work with cardio and floor legs...we shall see.

Hey, Everybody!
I missed my Cathe-friends yesterday. I was so busy! 2 soccer games in the morning, baseball pictures after, son's b-day party at bowling alley, and give dog a bath. I did run 3.5 mi with my boys & 2 of their friends while they rode their bikes. That was nice.

Today was KickMax. I am going to run later. I am going to go longer than 3.5 mi because I have more time. That is my goal for today! I must get some homework done too. I have been putting it off til the last minute, and there is only 3 weeks left of school. Can ya tell I missed ya'll? I am just rambling on and on.

Today for me is a mish-mash of floor only leg work, coremax #2 and lowmax blast only premix.

Yesterday I FINALLY mastered levitations in CM#1 - I never thought I would get those!

Mariangeles: sounds like a fun combo for today - glad to see you have your enthusiasm back!

Cathy: Enjoy your workouts - I am going to try a S & H rotation this coming week.

Carla: Whew! You are one busy lady! Hang in there!

Well, I had S&H UB (all of it) scheduled for today, but as my Hardcores arrived yesterday, I did GS all of UB instead. Great w/o's.

Good Morning everyone - I have missed about a week of posting - I kept up on my workout schedule, but I didn't get a job I had really really wanted and decided to take a break from the phone, tv, computer and try and regain some focus! So now I am back and ready to go!!!

Yesterday was Imax 2 and I love that workout - its getting to be more fun than anything. Today is HSTA and a easy thirty minute jog! Enjoy the rest of your weekend - I am working on a job search and revamping my career goals and resume! Wish me luck!:)
 
Reba - sorry to hear about the job, but I'm sure it's because there's something even BETTER out there waiting just for you:)

Yesterday I did Kickmax Bootcamp premix and leg drills. This morning I did Body Max upper body conditioning and abs, and I plan to go for a nice long run in the sunshine later.

Hi again.My workout is done. I have done two TAEBO basic live workouts (1 hour total) and bootcamp too.Cathy yes, it has been a great combo.Carla kickmax is ideal to mix with TAEBO. Dutchie...so glad you got your Hardcores!!! Aren't they fabulous...:)

I did a 12 mile trail run with friends. Did 4 hill repeats for ultra run training to get my quads in shape. You walk up a hill half a mile and then run down, then we repeated that 3 more times...it was actually fun...:)...Carole
