Jane - wow, I'm amazed (reading yesterday's workout) especially with all you are going through. How is your family coping?

Annette - Hugs to you and I have you in my thoughts, prayers

Carole - Great run as always. You are such an inspiration.

Tammy - You are amazing! How are you liking the workouts?

Wendy - BC AND IMAX2 - wow!

Sandra - Hope your DD is feeling better now.

Not sure what I'm doing today. Yesterday was BC and I felt really good so as I watched march of the penguin later I lifted too!

Morning Robyn and Kim and to all who follow. This morning was SB followed by SJP abs. I'm finally feeling like I'm completely over my flu! Yea!!!

What is this about BC plus an Imax???? Good grief! My hat is off to you!!!

Today I'll do Imax 1 when I get home from work. I also hope to get in a complete stretch plus a few minutes of meditation. I'm finding that it feels very, very nice. Of course it'll depend on how time flows.

Hello. I'm sick...this stinks! I thought I was getting better after taking thursday and friday off so I did Boot camp on Saturday. Well, we went out for a few drinks that night and the bar was so smokey! Now my chest hurts and I was a loaf all yesterday. I slept terrible last night so I skipped Body Max this morning.x(

I may still do a little bit tonight after my Korean lessons.

Hi to all,

Well, I did something to my right knee a few weeks ago, over the weekend it began to swell. I think all the lower body work has agrevaited (sp?) it. So, no lower body work or cardio this week. I need to give it time to heal.

I think I will do one upper body part a day and abs for this week.

That Jan. rotation scares me!:7

Good Morning Fit Chicks!

I have the week off from work, so i slept in a bit:) . Today I will be doing P90xShoulders/Arms, the warm-up and Hi/Lo from MIC and some ab work.

Robyn: Tonight is the night, right;) ....great workout yesterday, you can never go wrong with BC!

Kim: Enjoy your back work...I love working out my back.

Katie: Awesome workout...SB and SJP abs is perfection!

Wendy: Good Luck! I'm rooting for you!

Hi Everyone!

Well I am in between rotations, so I just did something totally different today.
I did I want those arms with Tamilee Webb and Aerobic Stability ball with Patrick G. (off of FitTv)......neither were very challenging but they were fun. Then I added a 30 min, 3 mile run.
:)

Good morning!

Yesterday was my rest day, so I have no workout to report. However, when I was reviewing my week to come, I realized that not one of the workouts on the rotation appealed to me at all, and I decided to give fatloss rotations a rest for a bit and just do the workouts that I want to do for a while. I've been dying to do some heavy weight work, so I'm going to spend a few weeks doing one-body-part-a-day with the SH, GS, and PS series. And add in the Pyramids and MM when I can. So I did SH chest this morning. Tonight I'll do Step Blast.

Jane - I can't believe you did IMAX3 and BodyMax in the same day!!!! I'll bet you're hungry today!

Wendy - yup, you're nuts, and it feels great, doesn't it? :)

I can't loiter online this morning. Need to get to work on my thesis, and then take the baby for her second round of immunizations (ugh!). She's slightly better than yesterday, but still really congested. DD#1 is pretty much all better. Now I afear that I'm getting the bug. Grrr.

I feel for all of you who are battling/have battled colds, illnesses and injuries. Take care of yourself! Good workouts everyone.

Robyn, glad to hear the good news about your son's test results. I hope you'll soon have his meds regulated to better control the seizures.

Dutchie, it sounds like you had a great run. Your description was wonderful and really makes me want to take up running.

Carole and Tammy, sounds like you had great runs too!

Jane, amazing workout! I would love to have the endurance to complete one of those workouts.

Sandra, I hope your daughter feels well soon. As for leaving town in a hurry, sorry to disappoint, but there are no exciting mysteries attached. :) It was a family trip (One of my dad's cousins who had been ill for awhile passed away.) Maybe my next trip will be a romantic getaway to some exotic location with my DH. ;)

Although the purpose of the trip was a funeral, it was a really nice weekend. DH and I drove my parents in their van, and we had a really good time together. Also, since it was my dad's cousin who died (he was only one year older than my dad), I got to see several cousins, aunts, and other relatives I haven't seen in awhile. On the fitness side, the hotel had a small fitness center equipped with cardio equipment and weights. So while I was unable to do P90X Legs and Back, I did a 40min run/walk on the treadmill, and 3 sets of one arm rows, and deadlifts on Friday, and I did KenpoX in my hotel room on Saturday. Sunday ended up being a rest day because the long drive left me drained.


Today is supposed to be Core Synergistics, but I'm seriously considering substituting Legs and Back instead since I didn't get it in last week due to travelling.

My brother had his 40th BP Saturday, well it turned out to be a two day party even included sunday's breakfast :9 :9 I still have a hang over ( ;(

Step Blast DVD is scheduled for today around 2ish. I’m going home jump in the bed and watch, if it doesn’t watch me. See ya in the morning!

Already forgot who was sick, boy my brain is fried!! Anyway I hope you feel better soon.

I did PUB Triceps and Biceps then did MIS abs and an 8 min. taebo for my short cardio plus in the middle of all that I vacuumed because I couldn't stand working out in the mess,sigh. My house really needs a good cleaning but with constant renovations it is almost impossible to keep clean.

Just finished GS/MIS back and had scheduled ME abs, but really thought of doing BC's core work. It was so fun to do that one, it has been a long time since I've done it.

KM blasts didn't get done since my foot was aggravating me today. Hope to do it sometime this week.

Hey Robyn, thanks for asking. We are doing fine. Our grief though is nothing compared to his family. I ache so for his wife, son, and daughter. My DD has checked in with their DD every day by text message or a phone call. I've been to see them once last week. They have company pretty much all the time when they are home from work/school, so I am trying not to intrude too much. They are doing okay, some days better than others. It's going to be one day at a time for a long long time.:-(


ETA - Sandra, as a matter of fact, I've been starving all day!! I have been sooo hungry this month and have had more over-eating days this month than I usually have despite my best efforts. I've tried though to overload on good stuff and not refined sugar.

Pamela - thanks.... my endurance has improved so much with this January rotation, however, BodyMax and IMAX3 in the same day, while doable, may not be advisable. I have been so fatigued today and my calf and hamstrings are tight!!

As a result, I've ditched the run I was going to do and just rested today. I'm stretching out on my own, kind of rebelling against popping in even StretchMax. I love Cathe to death but I need a break from her for a couple of days after this January rotation!!! ;) :)
