Hi everyone,
Yesterday I did Cardio and Weights. This finished week 3 of Cathe's Feb '05 rotation. I'm looking at week 4, and I can't say I have a lot of motivation to do it. I'll probably do it, as I don't like to leave things unfinished, but I think I'm ready to give fat-loss rotations a break for a bit (I've done 3 in a row).
Robyn - You've repeatedly mentioned meeting this friend tomorrow. You've got us all interested, so make sure you post a report
Carole - enjoy your long run today.
Wendy - are you carbo-loading for the month to come?
Tammy - have a great day!
Dutchie - Tropicana pure orange juice comes fortified with calcium, with no added sugars. It's yummy. Thanks for the info about Runervals. DH has a few Spinervals, so I might consider getting a Runerval workout for the treadmill some day. Does Coach Troy actually run with you this time, or does he just stand and shout at you, like in the Spinervals?
Baby Kate picked up a cold from her big sister last week. It's hard watching a baby deal with a cold because you can't give them anything to help clear the congestion. Poor baby. She woke up a few times last night because she couldn't breathe. This morning she's snotting all over the place. But of course, she's as happy as a lark; couldn't care less.
I worked on my thesis for 20 hours last week (4 hours a day for 5 days). This is the most I've managed to work on it in at least a year. I'm very happy to be making some progress. Today is a day off (both thesis work and workouts), so we'll be doing family stuff for the day. We began the day with chocolate chip pancakes (white flour; nothing nutritionally redeeming about them).
Have a good day!
Sandra
