Hi good morning everyone,yesterday was a rest day. I did Power Half Hour stretch and 1 hour in my stationary bike. Today I am ready to workout again. I will do Shape it Up of the Slim Series, Power Half Hour arms and Turbo Jam. Have a great Saturday everyone.

Good morning Mariangeles and all that follow....

Well it is Sat. morning and I don't have to work but, of course, I wake up at 3:30 and can't go back to sleepx( I get up and work between 4:15 and 6:15 since we are on OT and I could use the extra cash.

Anyway, enough whining.... I did GS BBS yesterday. Today is a rest day with stretch but I believe I'll get a run in since I do have to work tomorrow and doubt I can get that scheduled run in tomorrow with GS C&T. I work the miserable hours of 10:30 a.m. til 7 tomorrow. Okay, okay, I'm whining again....:p

Good Morning Everyone, Hi Jane!

I did the same thing. I could finally sleep in, and my cat wakes me up before 5 am!! ackkkk!!

Also , Had to tell you Jane, last night I crawled in bed with my Quick Cooking magazine and read it before I fell asleep!:) GMTA!

I also am fitting in my run because I have time and might not tomorrow. So it's run and stretch today....the dreaded GS G&T tomorrow. I feel better today, so maybe I can actually get through it!!! But I'm SCARED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DH finally kicked me out of bed this morning about 5:30...It was one of those "Honey, are you up??" He'd say yes (a VERY groggy yes!) and I'd start talking...Oh well...

Grabbed the jumprope and flipped that around for about a half hour...Forgot how that can get your heart pumping!!

Good morning:

I will go for a run later (when I wake up with some serious caffeine) for an hour, and then I want to get to Ashtanga Yoga class this afternoon. I havent taken a class in a while and since it is cooler outside an 80 degree room sounds pretty relaxing. I just havent had the desire to do a step workout lately.

Good Morning Friends.

Today will be CTX chest and triceps to finish off the upper body that I started last weekend and then it's a step vid. I'm so excited to be able to do a w/o with my FULL SIZE step w/risers instead of the little one I have! It'll probably kick my a$$ but that's quite alright! }(

Tomorrow is my rest day. :)
 
Sandra...wow 23 lbs! You were in great shape to begin with, I'll bet the 15 will come off soon...:)

Wendy...yes I do love those Imaxes! I like the flying angels in Stepfit, once I figured out how to do them. I think that might have been the first workout of Cathe's that I did the power scissors...wow! Have fun with your FULL SIZE step..

Hi all, I did Hardcore Kickbox Circuit today!! Nice workout and I am still down with my weight. I even fit into a pair of 12 pants (elastic waist mind you but 12's nevertheless) last night at Wal-Mart so I am a HAPPY CAMPER again today!!:7 :D :)

Last night was Step Max and GS BSB. Not sure if I'll get a workout in today as I had to go to work early this morning and my DD has Homecoming tonight so many many pictures must be taken!!

Can someone come over and massage my sore shoulders?!? :p
