Hi good morning. Today I am so happy.Yesterday I did Low Max and hooow what fun workout.I love the last kicboxing combo. My back is OK but I will stay avoiding the hi impact. Today I will do the step premix of IMAX 3 and the GS chest and triceps.I have to find ways to modify the blasts to make them back-friendly to me, and at the same time, get into Cathe's rhythm and mantain the intensity.

Mariangeles...glad you are on the path back.

Yesterday: Gym Style Back and biceps and a 45 minute cardio mishmosh from KPC and RS ( I had S&H Legs on my plan but my legs were fried from Friday and Saturday's workout ...so I replaced with cardio)

This evening: I am hoping to get S&H Legs in this evening plus some add ons. Will post tomorrow, what I decided to do this evening
 
Happy Monday Morning!...NOT! LOL

So last night was SJP. Had only done premixes so far...last night was the first time I did the work out in full. I like it a lot. Hard for me to figure out how to modify some of Cathe's moves on hi/low but I just do whatever...as long as I'm moving I'm not worried. lol

Tonight is my first stab at the pyramids...doing PUB tonight and PLB tmrw night....

Okay, well time for my shower.

I ran yesterday so I have to see how my knees will be feeling for any lower body workouts which I originally wanted to do today. I put some glucosamine cream around my knees last night before I went to bed so we'll see. Can't work upperbody today since I already did that yesterday as well. Gosh, my shirts are getting tight on me around arm openings and chest! WHOOPEE!!!

Mariángeles, so happy to hear your back is better and you are getting some exercise that you like! I would also avoid hi-impact while your back heals.

Today I am doing Taebo, GS floor legs, MM shoulders, biceps & triceps and some core work. The weather has been great here so I'll definitely get some sun today...81 I think...:)...have a great day ladies....Carole
 
Hi all,

Got in 4 hours of studying today and was so concentrated I finished a whole chapter. Then did S&H Legs, back, biceps&triceps.

I should get in some ab work. I'm always neglecting that part of my body.

Still too much snow for running. Temp. is up, so hopefully by Wednesday it's all gone.

Better do some housework now x(

Here I am at work again. Tonight is Kick Max. It'll only be my second time doing it and I'm looking forward to it (except all those plie jacks!).

Had such a busy weekend that I didn't get to post. Between cleaning the house, a science fair project, and family there was not time. Did get to exercise though}(

I did KickMax on Saturday and took Sunday off. Today will be GS BSB plus CoreMax #3.

Morning all. Yesterday was SJP (love love love this workout) and today was SB. For some reason SB seemed easier this morning than normal. I hope it means I'm getting in better shape. Although I have to admit that my eating this weekend was not so great. Back on track today.

Hello and happy Monday - today is a 3.5 mile jog and cardio only on C&W (well i might just do the whole thing!!) I am feeling up to it. Just checking in quick and wanted to say thank you to all the people who read my post on "husbands" in the open forum. :)

Today, I did MuscleMax which is my new favorite total body workout, a step tape from my gym, and 30 minutes of elliptical. Later, I want to do the stability ball section of the CoreMax DVD, and a band stretch.
 
Good Morning Ladies! I took th eweekend off. Today i started the HC fatloss rotation, bu ti have switched it up a bit by adding some workouts from IS and BB to keep me interested. Also, todat was the first day i started my "early workout regimine" so i got up at FREAKIN' 7 AM! and did C/W. i survived and it feels great to have it done. but today i have more time, so i am about to do pilates and then a little later 1/2 of IM3 maybe! Definately on Pilates though.

Today was:
Imax 3: 59 minutes
Legs and Glutes: Premix L&G: 67 minutes!!!
Good Heavens!! What a killer workout! This was my first time ever doing this workout, and WOW!! It about killed me after Imax3..LOL

I did not work out Sat or Sunday..Friday night I was screwing around trying to be strong lady, and picked up one of my twins and did a barbell curl with him... and hurt my back....I know, I know bad girl! It feels much better today..no soreness.. I was worried though!! Hurt back means no workoing out..NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! Aghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!! LOLOLOLOL

I don't know where the energy comes from, it is just there..LOLLOLOL!! People at work are always telling me I have too much energy, I think I am annoying to them..LOL Plus I am always in a happy go lucky good mood too, I am sure that is real annoying to people..LOLLOLOL

Believe me that workout just about killed me this morning!! On the last set of L&G..I thought if there is one more rotation I can't do it..and thankfully it was the end.LOLOL Those Genie squats lunge things off the step are KILLER!!!!! OMG!!!

I just got on the scale, and I am down 2 more lbs!! Wahoooooooo!! I am doing the happy dance!!! Lost another 1/2 inch off my thighs too!!! HAMMER!!!!

That is fantastic Denise!!! Good for you! i know you do alot of cardio and that is great for weight loss, but what do you eat? do you have a special diet you follow for weight loss, or can you eat whatever you want since you workout so much?! i want to know!!! i need results too!!
