Mariángeles a spanish terminator junkie. :)

Good Morning Fit Women,

Yesterday was Abs from Cardio and Weights. Bicep Curls from ME. Shoulders from Legs and Shoulders and KPC to finish it off.

Today will be shopping max and back later in the evening.

Have a great workout everyone!

Charlotte~~

Good morning everyone,

Last evening: Boot Camp
(I have a problem with the cardio segements being right after the floor core work- I have low blood pressure and have an orthostatic drop that I can feel when I get up from the flor after the core work and I can't immediately go into cardio..I have to march in place for a minute before I can start..anyone else with this problem..)

Today: GymStyle Legs (floor work only), Gym Style Triceps (using progressive overload technique for the weight exercises)and LowMax or a circuit....then clean Max errand Max plus I have to go to work for a few hours today.

Also found out that my car had a cracked radiator. That had to be good for an extra 25 calorie burn..dont ya think?

Good Morning, Ladies!
I am so happy to have a computer up and running again!

Yesterday-CTX Kickbox, Cardio Kicks Power Drills, BM Upper Body, Abs, & Stretch. I ran later in the evening for 45 min. Then did Circuit Max floorwork and stretch.

This morning I slept in. Later this evening I will go for a run.

Have a great Saturday!:)

Good Morning All! I'm just swilling back the last of my morning coffee and mentally preparing for GS Legs followed by LowMax blasts only. I've done this mix a couple of times and love it.

StayFit, you make me smile, not too many people would call 45 minutes on a stationary bike a rest:+, you go Girl!:)

Charlotte, nice uppper body mix. My shopping list is long today as well, everything from milk to carpeting.:)

Cathy, I replied to your BC post on the other forum and wanted to add that I would not push through the orthostatic changes either, you don't want to do a face plant on your step and weights, Yikes!!

Carla, Wow!! Nice mish mosh you did, great energy!!! I hear you about the computer. Ours was completely confused for 6 months and I finally replaced it this week, so nice to be back in the swing here.

Enjoy your Saturday everyone!:)

Take Care

Hi ladies:

Today we have a dance recital to attend, and then I'm sure the rest of the day will melt away. I'll try to fit something in, but Saturdays are always tough.

I have DOMS in my favorite place to have it--triceps! Courtesy of S&H yesterday.

Have a great day!

Good morning ladies...

Mariángeles, I think you might be more of a Taebo junkie these days!! How do you like the Taebo Bootcamp abs? I haven't tried it yet.

Laurie, glad you got that new PC so you could post again...tough workout doing Lowmax blasts after GS Legs!!

Today I'll do Leaner Legs, a coremax segment, MM upper body and a kickboxing workout, just not sure which one.

Have a good day...:)...Carole

Hey ladies! Happy Saturday:)

Cathy: might i suggest the premix of BC where you do all BUT core? I do this version and then save all the core for at the end of my workout. That way you don't have to jump up and do cardio.

Mariangles: you are so tough chica!

Last night my workout never transpired, so it was my rest day too. But the good news is that i have to goto town today for a baby shower and will be able to swing by walmart for more puzzle mats to finish my room. I'm going to do floor legwork and lowmax step only:D

have a great weekend everyone!:7

Good Morning All!

I am starting the HardCore FatLoss Rotation today, so IM#3 and CM is on the schedule.

Cathy: I have that problem occasionally, I just didn't know what was causing it until now!

Charlotte: Enjoy your shopping day... I am hoping to get some ShoppingMax in later.

Laurie: Awesome Leg workout you have planned for today.

Carol: Your workout sounds nice and complete too - enjoy!

Jes: Thanks so much for the BC idea...I'll give it a try next time it pops up on the rotation.

Enjoy your day ladies!

Good morning everyone!

I hardly ever am on these forums on the weekend, but thankfully, this weekend we don't have any big plans and I have some time to myself. What a relief!

This morning I did Step Blast. :) Tomorrow is my rest day.

have a great weekend!!! :D

Hi, Carole I like the TAEBO bootcamp abs becuause there are no traditional crunches only here.I love the Ab twists. The floorwork is great but I don't like the speed of the reps. Also requires strong back muscles. Not for those with lower back issues. If you want to work your abs hard try to do the bootcamp abs, the quick fix kickbox of Janis Safell and the Michael Olajide killer abs and back.I did this workouts mix one time and I felt it in my abs the next day.Jes I hope you will have a great shooping day.Hi Laurie your workout sounds great.Carla enjoy the runing.Cathy you maked me smile. Yes , of course a cracked radiator had to be good for an extra 25 calorie burn.:D :D. I hope you will resolve the problem soon.Charlotte great workout.Foodie Sue enjoy the dance recital.

Good morning,

This morning I did the first half of Christie Taylor's Step Heaven, and the Upper Body Premix of Muscle Max.

Foodie Sue - I hope your knees feel better soon!

Shelley - how do you like the push-pull version of MM upper body? I think the reason people sometimes struggle with their regular weight loads has to do with not enough fuel (glycogen) stored in their muscles. Your run sounds like it was a lot of fun - all 418 steps! Wow!

Laurie - OMG your MIL was strapped down during childbirth???? I have never heard that before! I'm so sorry she has to experience it again. It sounds like a nightmare. :( That's very interesting about how Faith is growing up faster than Elizabeth did. I imagine you're right, and we'll have a similar experience here.

Connie - I didn't get a chance to have a nap yesterday, and was burnt out by dinner time. Ugh! The SH series is designed to help you increase your strength, not necessarily build bulk. If you ever come to a point where you seem like you haven't been able to increase your weights in ages, then doing a 3 week rotation of the SH series will break your plateau. It will help with strength gains, and if you're already lean, you will see some great new muscle definition. It's also a superb series for learning proper technique. Cathe is very, very talkative in this series ("Are you still with us? You didn't go to the kitchen and make popcorn, did you?").

Sandy - great run!!! I look forward to your email :)

Katie - moving furniture absolutely counts as a workout!! Did you get any good suggestions to solve your carpet dilemma? I feel so badly for you that you have to pass another kidney stone. Is there a pain medication you can take that will help? (like an epidural or a general anaesthetic??).

Carla - another one bites the dust! The drywall dust! Good luck with those renovations!

Cathy - Bootcamp has a premix called "Everything But Core", which sounds like just what you need. You can then do the "Core premix" at the end of the workout.

Everyone's doing some great weekend workouts, as usual! "Work work!"

Good Morning Fit Ladies. Great work outs everyone!:)

My belly is such a jiggly bowl of jello right now!!! It's funny! When I tighten my ab muscles you can't even feel them with your hand. I used to be able to feel them under the layer of fat I had (LOL!). Now...NOTHING!:p BUT...this may sound strange but my stomach actually looks FLATTER than it did when before I got pregnant even though I am 10 pounds HEAVIER than I was! The shape of it changed so even though it's loose as a goose and I have extra below the belly button that I didn't have before, it appears flatter. I guess the pregnancy changed everything. I'm excited to see what happens as I start working out again and re-training my abs!

Well, no walk yesterday as it was cold and rainy. BLECH! But today I am going to visit my aunt with Joey and going shopping and then we are probably going to take a walk in a park with grandma later this afternoon. Should be a nice day.

Have a great saturday!

Wendy

Ok wow you ladies give me so much to think about! Awesome workouts. Today is a scheduled run on the treadmill for me. I am trying to alternate one day run one day a cathe cardio workout. As for weights I am doing gym style legs today and pub. Of course my usual 30 minutes from abhits or I may throw in abs from me and bootcamp. It is raining here today but tomorrow is suppose to be sunny and nice. My son just called me and said they are definitly going down to try the skydive again tomorrow. So I am excited about that and hope this time it goes off with out any weather issues! I got the camera all ready to go :) WIsh them luck!

Wendy- when does the doc say you can start doing abs again? You are doing so good with the weight..oly ten to go!

Have a great day ladies!

Terri

Hey Again! My workout is done and it was a good one, legs feeling fatigued and exhilerated!

Foodie Sue, I love DOMS to especially in my upper body as it happens less often, I haven't done any SH for a while, maybe it's time.

Carole, I love your workout today, sounds like my days when I can't decide what to do so I do a little of everything, enjoy!:)

Jes, those puzzle mat stocks must be going through the roof, I bought 4 packs this week and am heading out for more today as well. I was going to do a double layer but got an awesome deal on some good underlay at a carpet store that's closing, I love a bargoon:+

Tammy how do you like IMAX3? I haven't learned to love it yet. I do it in bits and pieces, it's a toughie as is.

Emily, enjoy your quiet weekend and have fun with StepBlast, my fave!

Sandra, I'm thinking of ordering more Christie Taylor, she's fun.
You've got me convinced to get BodyBlast on DVD with your raves about premixes.:)

Wendy, I remember the loosey goosey tummy after having a child, pregnancy changed my body big time some for the better though, it gave me a nicer curve in my hips which I like, the moushy lower ab never tightened up but that's okay, I guess that's why God made Lycra:p You are doing great!!

Terri, my fellow Gym Style Legs Girl, sounds like a good rainy day workout. Don't you love to hate those slooooow lunges}(

Enjoy your Weekend! I hate shopping on Saturday but be that as it may.....right now I'm doing what Cathe says, 'I'm stalling and it feels great!'

Take Care
Laurie:)

Thanks ladies for pointing me in the direction of the BC premix. I especially like the idea of doing this premix folloed by the core only premix.:7 :p

Hi Everyone!

I am late today but just squeezed in a workout. I did PS chest, shoulders & triceps and ME biceps. That should do me for the day!
Now to get out and enjoy some sunshine!!!!

Hope you all are enjoying the weekend!!!!
:)

>>Tammy how do you like IMAX3? I haven't learned to love it yet. I do it in bits and pieces, it's a toughie as is.<<

Laurie,

IMax#2 continues to be my all time favorite, but I enjoy IM#3 a little bit more each time I do it.

The only two blasts I dread are the one where you jump the length of the step, tuck jump, ricochet, jumping jack...and...the one where you start out on the step and jump up and down and finish with the jumping jax on and off the step.

Those two blasts are really, really tough...but I love ALL of the step portions of IM#3 and I don't find them too intense at all.

Tammy

Hi Ladies,

It seems that everyone is having a great workout, I did LM and Glutes from GS legs. Now, I am making chicken soup with a lot of vegetables, I removed all fat and skin from the chicken, it is naked chicken soup. It is a dark rainy day here, that soup sounds good.

Have a Nice Weekend Everyone!

Logos - naked chicken soup - LOL!!! :7

I rollerbladed with my girlfriend this morning for about 40 minutes and then I weeded my yard (in the rain which was kinda fun) for about 1 1/2 hours. Now I'm taking the kids out for dinner.

You all are very inspiring.

Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!
