Good Morning Ladies.

So I am up way to early this morning. I woke up at 4:30am and couldn't get back to sleep. I usually don't get out of bed until 6-6:30. I SHOULD be taking this extra time to work out but I fear I will hurt myself so I'll drink my coffee instead.:p

Sooo, since I am up I figured I would start the check in...I have NO EXERCISE to report! lol Saturday was my rest day and yesterday I was feeling like I had been run over by a truck so I blew it off. I think the 3rd trimester "woes" are starting to set in for me. lol

Hopefully tonight I will do my work out!

Yesterday:
Morning: Gym Style Triceps
Evening: Pyramid Lower Body-up and down (Standing legs and stretch only-will do floor work later this week), Gym Style Biceps and Stretch Max segment 2.

Tonight I will do some sustained lower intensity cardio. That is what I feel I need.

This morning I did GS B/Sh/Bi. This afternoon I will run. I have to change my run to evenings because of the time change. It is so dark in the morning now. It's nice though because my boys go with me and ride their bikes. Great quality time!:) :)

Wendy, only a few weeks to go. Enjoy this time with your hubby, those days will be over soon enough:)

I am so happy today, no special reason, just feel so happy :D :D Happens when I sit in my garden watching bumble bees (saved one from the cat), listen to the birdies sing, enjoy the flowers, see my first (white) butterfly of the season and the sunshine. It's such a lovely day. And so nice to sit outside, preparing for my exam tomorrow. I should be totally stressed out, but I'm not. I'm just happy :D

Today I did Imax2 intervals 4-8, followed by L&G and BC Abs. When son no.2 comes home from school we'll do a 10K skate ride together.

Today will be PUB and followed by 30 mins of Aerobics with Gilad later.
Glad everyone is enjoying the lovely weather. Will be mowing the grass this week....gonna be 80 here on Wednesday!!!! My DD seen the first lightning bug already. Robins are everywhere, but no butterflies to report yet. :) At least the rain has stopped for now.

I feel yucky and bloated. I ate too much movie popcorn last night and I didn't wake up for my morning workout this morning. :( :( :(

Hello,

Today is RS, coremax, stretchmax, then break and followed by 30-60 esay min on the elliptical to unwind and relax. After a shower I head back to work a very content employee. Ahhhh, exercise.

Tomorrow, will be MM, core, stretch and then a homemade step tape.

Wednesday, we am off to NYC to visit the city and see relatives. We plan to visit Coney Island (Cyclone is in my future), and we will be staying on the lower east side where my husbands family is from, so its easy to go to Chinatown and SoHo. My two favorite places in NYC.

I will be doing HC Extreme #3 tonight.

Had a very busy weekend. Celebrated B'Days for the DD's on Saturday! I have lovely purple Crocuses bluming in my garden. I think this is the first year since I planted them that they have been soooo purple. They are lovely. The weather this weekend was just beautiful.

I am the opposite of Wendy today....when the alarm went off I rolled over and went back to sleep! It looks as though I will be calling in sick to work.

If I can find some energy, LowMax is on the schedule and maybe I will try StretchMax, as i haven't incorporated that DVD into the mix yet.

Today I got my behind out of bed to do early morning before breakfast cardio...kids are on spring break all week..

Today:
37 minutes HIIT on my Elliptical with 15 second intervals with 30 second break..It was a great rush!! LOL

I will be doing later today:
P90X: Chest and Back, and AB ripper X

I have been splitting up my cardio and weight training for maxium fat burning, and muscle building..I love that book burn the fat feed the muscle..it makes a lot of sense!!

Alright, I finally got up the nerve and did IMAX 3 this morning. I was actually really surprised at how much easier it was than I thought it would be. HOWEVER, I am quite sure that the reason for that is because I still am not familiar with the choreography, so I wasn't able to just concentrate on putting all my effort into it. It was fun though. The plie jacks blast is a killer though.

I am following the "fat loss" hardcore rotation from last month this month. We'll see how it goes. I hope to eat as clean as possible all month. Yikes!:7

Just wanted to say thanks for the kind words...Cathy, Carla, Dutchie and Angie.

I am trying not to be so hard on myself when I miss a work out these days! I know I need to listen to the ol' bod and take that rest when I need it...The last thing I want is to push myself too far so close to the end and either cause trouble or just make myself sick from over-doing it.

Wendy: I say curl up now and get as much darn sleep as you possibly can, because after the baby is born, you won't get any for at least 18 years;)
 
LOL, I agree with Shelley, Wendy! Make like a bear and hibernate until labor!! Sleep will soon become a rare luxury!

LOL! I know you guys are right but it's easier said than done!

I have ants in my in the evenings most nights, I think because I sit at a desk all darn day long. Then when I do go to bed I am up a million times a night. GRRRR! And on weekends there is no such thing as sleeping in anymore...by 7am I am so uncomfortable it's not even worth it to stay in bed so I'm up bright and early on sat and sun mornings too.

I think I will try to start pushing myself to go bed a bit earlier though...any extra rest is better than nothing, right? :)

LOL - Dutchie, I was just about the post the same thing! I remember all those nights getting up when I was pregnant. The dog would look at me as if to say "ummmmmm, explain to me again why we're up at 3 a.m.".
