How are you feeling?
Last night was a rest day as I had worked out for 8 consecutive days and decided I better take a day off. I only did a 20 minute abs workout and a light stretch.
Tonight I have planned: High Step Challenge

I'm off today. Hope everyone enjoys their workouts. I may do an hour walk this afternoon, but I'll have to see how cold it is when I get home. I'm being a wimp. It's March and it's not supposed to be in the 30s.

Tracy- 12 degrees last night here in Virginia!!!! It is March, huh??? DH going to Florida next week on business. Just not right!

Good morning everyone.

You guys don't know me (yet!) and I haven't done one of these before, but I thought I'd join in.

IT'S FRIDAY!! It's 3 degrees here (I'm in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada). I'm hoping it's going to warm up soon too!

Last night was my second time doing Imax3 and I managed to get some of the combinations pretty well. Some of them are still proving elusive though. Tonight is KPC and on the weekend I plan to run both days.

Did I forget or something???My upper body is already sore from PUB yesterday, but I feel I got to hurt myself anyhow if I want to get anywhere and tomorrow will be my rest day so I got to go for it. YEAH!

Everyone seems to be in a great mood. That is why I love this check-in so much.

Today for me was Gauntlet and PH abs. I made sure I did the abs first after warm-up, so I wouldn't skip them or lose form!}(

Tomorrow I am taking my boys to the beach for the first time this season. I am so excited. My family is definitely beach and water babies!! I guess that is why we live in Florida.:p

Morning all!

No work out for me to report on from last night but I will be getting down to business tonight for sure! :)

I plan on creating/doing a new mish-mosh tonight that's about an hour in length:cardio and weights! }( Then I'll probably do a stretch max segment....

Doing great again. I like this morning check in . Canada wakes up first:) lol

I did my basic step and a stretch max. The stretch is the icing on the cake for me.

Shelley - I see you already discovered the Daily Check In! Very nice to see you here! I love KPC; enjoy it!

Dutchie - Yay! You've found the motivation to start your workouts again! Excellent! How did it feel?

Carole - Thanks for posting the website. I am actually wishing that I could do a run like that! DH and I are seasoned backpackers; I love being in the back country. I just hope it doesn't rain on you - that will be a muddy run! It looks like you are starting off on a downslope, but then will be finishing on an upslope. Have you done this race before? Would your photo be in that bunch of pics taken last year?

Weatherwise, I'm not sure what's going on here in Edmonton! Normally March is still the dead of winter for you; spring usually arrives near the end of April. However, we have had 2 weeks of warms temps and sunshine, which is doing a great job of melting all the snow. It's wonderful! But I'm pretty sure we haven't seen the last of Old Man Winter. He'll be back with a vengance, I'm sure!

I'm going to do some light yoga today.

I'm doing a 60K WALK in September to raise money for breast cancer research (my sister is a breast cancer survivor).
