Today was LowMax. After church I will go for a run with my nephew.

Yesterday, I did MM and I raised the weight, and I really feel it right now. Today then is Jammin 32's (early am) and The Next Step (later am). Jammin 32's I havent done yet, but it looks like its going to be a lot of fun. The choreography is relatively simple compared to what I am used to so I think it will be a good workout even while I am still learning the routine. The Next Step I have done, but I still get confused in a few spots.

Hello,
Yesterday was: KPC, Gym style back (next time I will raise the weights to 25 lb dumbells for the reverse grip rows, may also need to raise the weights for the single arm lat rows yippee) and segment 3 from stretch Max.

This morning will be Gym Style triceps (working on increasing the reps at a higher weight (10lbs/arm) for the lying cross extensions). This evening will be LBP (up and down) and Gym Syle Biceps.

Happy Sunday, ladies!

Well, today was supposed to be ME's upper body split plus cardio...but my arms are very sore...it's strange b/c I have not really gotten DOMS from an upper body work out in quite some time...don't know if it's that or something else...but anyway, I will probably do tmrw's work out instead...Leaner Legs and maybe some cardio if I'm in the mood though it's not in the plan...

"Wicked" was FANTASTIC! I would highly reccomend it!

Our jaunt in NYC in the rain was less than pleasant...it took us 1 1/2 hours to go maybe 15 blocks to get out of NYC after the show! UGH! Plus we had a 2-3 block walk between the car and the theater...on the way in it was fine b/c the rain had ceased but on the way out it was POURING! Our umbrella kept our heads dry but our pants were soaked by the time we got to our car! I was sooo tired by the time we got home...I was in bed at about 9:30 last night! lol

Good morning everyone!

Well, it's another disgusting day here, weather-wise. I think I may crawl under the covers and refuse to come out until the snow is gone and the weather warms up a teeny bit. I'm sick of being coldx(

Last night was Lowmax for me. I LOVE that workout (I know I keep saying it, but I truly do!). I'm not sure what to do today. I had planned on a run, but that's out of the question with the snow we're supposed to get. Perhaps I'll just sit around and eat bon-bons all day;)

We had a nasty thunder and lightning storm last night...WOW!!!! I am sure it'll rain for my 13 mile run this morning. But, I am glad it isn't in snow. I'm a little sore from GS Triceps yesterday...

Good afternoon, ladies!

Yesterday was GS Legs for me (that is SUCH a killer workout, I get the best DOMS from it) and today I did three segments of Pilates with Shelly McDonald (Carribean Workout). I like Pilates a lot but am not really pleased with this particular workout. But I definitely need to incorporate stretching-type workouts - I can't believe how much better I feel from this AM!

Hope you all have a great day. We had massive flooding yesterday and I had four inches of water in my basement! YUCK!

Yuck, Marie - that's awful! My washer has leaked twice and flooded my basement....NOT FUN.

This morning I went rollerblading with my gf. It's beautiful here and about 50 degrees. Afterwards, I hit a softball around and played catch with my daughter. I think we'll go see a movie pretty soon and I'll probably do a quickie cardio and stretch max before bed tonight. I was previewing CTX last night - haven't tried them yet but they look FUN!

I think Muscle Max last night helped work out the kink in my back because now it's 99% better.

Today was a quick 2 mile walk, and first half of MIC and tonight is a 3 mile easy jog with a friend and PUB! Happy Sunday everyone!
 
I had a very interesting day! i guess it counts as cardio! i played tennis with my brother for 2 hrs. but we both suck in teh aim department so we had to chase the ball alot:p it was a workout, and i bet my lowerback and shoulder will be complaining tomorrow. Especially since i did PUB yesterday! Tomorrow is definately cardio and lower body and abs!!
