Hi good morning. Today I will see the doctor.I have an answer to Carole about the resistance bands. I know that she has bought them all.... ...pink, green, purple and silver in the 6 foot length. I have bought the green ( to substitute the Cathe's band when I will need it) the silver and the purple one. I want to try the bands to substitute my dumbbells in the PUB. I only have a pair of dumbbells and I think use the resistance bands will be easier.What do you think?

Today is my 'rest day', but I have GS: BSB on the schedule for tonight. I'm feeling pretty tired, but I'll see how the day goes,

Mariangeles, I hope nothing serious is wrong.

I love GS back, I'm supposed to do that tomorrrow.

Today is Rock Steady Step and maybe some abs later. iwas supposed to do a circuit workout, but my legs are still a little tired from doing GS legs and Imax 3 on back to back days. I don't think I'll do that again!

Thank you very much Tammy and Tracy.Tammy if you feel you are tired, rest. I don't want to see more injuries. Tracy enjoy RSS and the abs.If you can get the RSS coreo you can get the IMAX 3 or Low Max coreo easily.I have seen the clips or RSS and TNS in the Seasun Zieger web site and her coreo is tricky. Yesterday I did ME so today I am doing Cardio and some leg toning.
I got really behind in my workouts the past week as I worked sales and then we got hammered with soooo much snow...children home, etc. so it was abit busy here, now time to get serious again. Summer will be here soon and I got to be ready!!!

Today I did the Bonus Combo on BC & ME. I like that one. I have never done it before.

I can't wait for Sunday. I am going shopping with my mom after church. I love spring time. All the pretty colors!! Hootie-Hoo!!

Good morning ladies....

Mariángeles, let us know how the appt with your Doctor goes. I hope he can help...:)...I think you could use the different resistance bands in PUB, it'll just take a bit of adjusting. The pullovers for the back could be hard with the bands, but you might be able to do everything else. I used them in PLB just for the step-ups or leg press. I really am liking the bands and the way they feel.

I am doing Kickmax today and chest, shoulders and maybe triceps. Have a good day...:)...Carole

Morning Everyone,

Today for me is LowMax. That is about all I will be able to do tonight:( . Choir practice is at 8pm tonight, so I'm hoping the DD's don't have too much homework today. So much to do, so little time. :)

Hi! Today I am doing a Pilates class, 20 minute jog, and taxes! Body Max is on the calander for main workout, and after taxes, I might need that or my bed! LOL!;-)

Yesterday I did Basic Step with risers, skipped the cool down and went straight to the 1st 2 step segments of Body Fusion (w/o risers), then a cool down and the stretch....

Tonight it's back to weights-Probably Push Pull-will be my first crack at it-I'm sure that I will like it.

I have gone to the doctor. I have lumbado. I have to take two differents medicines but I will be OK in the start of the next week. I hope so. I have to forget the hi impact during a long time. I will do the step premix of IMAX 3 but not the intervals and I have to discover a low impct version of the kickmax challenge.Any suggestion? .

Mariangeles, I am glad that you went to the doctor and got some medicine. I hope it kicks in quickly for you.

I did PUB and CTX Shoulders and 10 min. of lunges, plie squats, squats and calf raises and abs off of PSSL&A. Kinda did my own thing for legs.:)

I have no w/o to report. To be honest, I can't get my budd back into gear after my health problems were solved. I'm up by 6AM. Plenty of time to w.o, so that's not the problem. To be honest, I'm feeling a little depressed. I'll try to get in a 30min w/o starting tomorrow. (I know once I'm working out I can;t stop ;-))

Hope your back pain eases off quickly Mariángeles

Thank you Dutchie.Don't worry I can not exercise and I stay here. I am sure you have been very worried about your kids's health and maybe you are stressed. You can do a yoga or stretch max. You don't have to do hi impact everyday. Listen to your body.

Mariángeles: I am so glad that you went to the doctor, please take an easy! How about Low Max? That is low impact. Maybe an eliptical machine? that is low impact too. When I twisted my ankle I rode my spinning bike a lot, and I rode outside too..that helped alot!

Today my kids are home from school, they were so excited to have a snow day..it is the first snow day they have ever had...LOL Our school never closes!!

I thought that I would try Power Circuit today: It was ok.. I like Circuit Max and 10-10-10 much better!!!!

Today was:
Power circuit: The Hi/lo Circuit x 2, and I did the rest of the kickbox, step and aerobic circuits= 51.6 minutes

Kickbox format: Kickbox only: 23 minutes

Tonight I might do, Super sets: lower body only

Hello all! This morning was IMAX 2 and then I will do CTX chest and maybe some abs tonight.

I know that this is probably already posted somewhere, but where is Sandra (FiddleFit). I thought I remembered her saying something about bed rest.

Nice for a thread not to be all the new dvd's, I just started a beginner rotation and I did do my Basic Stept today. That is a lot because I did not want to do it. Had taken two days off for TOM. I get too weak and tired. But, at least I can sit and read and feel better. Making Soap also. That's my hobby.
