Hi, good morning everyone. Today I start a new Cathe rotation. I am a little nervous and pretty excited.I start the new November rotation for fat burning. Today is KPC. I will add TJ cardio party nº 1.

The rotation incorporates running. I will sub the running with 5 intervals of IMAX , 1/2 of MIC, the step portion of Body Max, etc.

Good morning Mariangeles... I am doing the November rotation also. Since I did KPC yesterday before I even saw the rotation, I guess I started it yesterday.

Today will be LowMax and chest/back from PUB and Timesaver (tacked on from the October rotation I'm still trying to finish). I will swap days on Wed and Thurs's w/o's so I won't be doing HSC tomorrow but Thursday to keep from working muscle groups back to back.

Yesterday was Pub,Mis chest and back with abs. Today is Pub,Mis shoulders, tri and bi's.

I am going to do the Nov. Rotation too. Except I changed things around and added some things.

So today I did Imax3, GS Back, and CTX abs #1.

Good morning everybody! :)

I did IMAX this morning and had a really tough time with it. Since I am doing only cardio twice a week with this rotation I totally lost my cardio endurance x( ! I was modifying a lot and even skipped some of the step routine, only did 4 of the 6 etc.
I was a little disappointed about that, but hopefully I can build my endurance back up fast.

I hope that everybody has a great workout or rest day

good morning all. today for me is the floorwork from GS legs, L/g and PLB. then i am doing one segment of abs from coremax and biceps/shoulders from PUB.

Jane...have fun too with the Nov rotation. I wanted to say, I also have that Tortilla chip problem...

Kim...MIS is a great weight workout.

Carla...another Nov rotation lady! It'll be fun reading all your posts.

Kristine...I have days when sometimes those Imaxes are really hard! I would worry that you have lost much endurance could have just been one of those days. Modifying is a good thing to do!

Jes...WOW...you are going to fry those legs!!!

I am doing some Freestyle legs exercises, a 4 mile run and shoulders, bi's and tri's.

Hi all,

I did CTX Step and Intervals with abs off of All Step for my workout today. Weight is still down and this is the longest that I have been able to keep it down so I am happy!!:7

PS I am still having hip pain and my cold just won't go away but I am not coughing as much as before.
 
Hey ladies,

Just did PUB,MIS shoulders. Supposed to do tri's and bi's also but I am sore from chest and back yesterday. But just doing coremax1 tomorrow and will fit in tri's and bi's.

Hi all!

I did Power Hour this morning. Wowee on those plie squats with a 40lb barbell, and grooooooan on the two sets of static lunges.
