Hi good morning everyone, yesterday I decided to have a rest day. I did Cool it off the stretch/recovery workout of the Slim Series. Today I will do Tear it up of the Slim Series, stationary bike and Turbo Jam. The 2 phase of the Cathe's presale starts today. Finally I have preordered butt and gutts and drill max.I have to save money to buy the new Turbo Jam workouts and I am a little two left feet with the step.I have enough step workouts.

I ordered the new workouts by Cathe too and I can't wait for them.
My Power 90x finally arrived too.

Last night: RS plus ankle weight work from L&G

Today: Meaner Legs plus GymStyle Chest. CleanMax and Errand Max on the scheudule for today too.

Hi Mariangeles and Cathy and everyone else,

Yesterday I did Step Blast combos 1,2, 3, and a ran 30 minutes.

Today the rotation calls for a 20 min. power walk and Blasts and conditioning drills from KICKMAX.....which I dont' have. Doesn't anyone know what is the best substitution for that? I have KP&C, kickboxing from CTX, and Cardio Kicks......

Hi good morning Cathy and everyone who post later. I am glad to know you have received the P90X.BB have to improve the consumer service. Let us know your opinions about the workouts.I think P90X is one of the best workouts I've ever invested in.

Hi, there is no good substitute that I know of for the leg drills. Do you have any ballet tapes or even yoga booty ballet. Developes to the side, front and back with leg turned in and out plus battements (front and side) and static attitudes (if you can imagine doing these with the leg turned in) come the closest to these drills. Otherwise I would just sun GymStyle floor work.
 
Yesterday I was with Becky with the Step combos from SB (subbing for the low impact step I don't have) and then a 30 minute run which felt fabulous. I am going to have to start running more in the next two weeks, I have a 5K coming up on October 15th.

Today is a 20 minute power walk, KM blasts only and KM leg conditioning drills, and CM#3

Becky, Cathy gave you a sub here and I posted something on the MOT thread.

It is so beautiful here this morning. I went for a run. I also did GS Ch/Tri.

I am off to help DH pack supplies. He is going next weekend to help his family rebuild. They have completely losts their homes from Rita.

Today kickboxing, PHH thigh workout, CTX Chest & Back and abs...

THanks for your help and suggestions. I don't have ballet tapes or yoga either. I think I probably have to go with GS floor work. Thank you! I had no idea what to sub!

I am interested in p90x as well, but not in the market for them just yet. My biggest concern is needed extra equipment. I don't have a place for a chin up bar or a tower or really much of anything more! Can the workouts be done with equipment we have from doing Cathe workouts?
I know there are several here that love the p09x and I can't wait to hear what you think of them as well. One of these days I may have to order!!!:eek:
 
Good Morning Fit Ladies!

Today I will be attempting CircuitMax for the 1st time. I received 5 new Cathe DVD's and it is time to work them into my rotations:D

Hi all, I finally was able to do a workout. I did Hardcore Kickbox Circuit and abs from All Step!! I put a bandaid on my toe and was able to get my shoes on for the workout. YAY!! for me!!:)
