Good Morning! Another great day!

Did PUB and Legs/Glute yesterday. My butt is alittle achy, but legs feel good. LOL! Today I will go for a run and keep going until my legs can't move anymore. LOL

Today is work first, then at around 8 am: I will do MM, coremax, stretchmax, and then a step tape later followed by a little jog on the elliptical as a cool down.

Tomorrow is an off day unless I can fit CM in between teeth cleaning, MRI, ultrasound and mammogram. SOmehow I doubt it but I am going to try my best. Hopefully, I will actually have time to eat. I get very crabby when hungry. Anybody else get mean when forced to skip a meal?
 
Morning everyone!!

Last night I ended up doing P90X: Plyometerics with hubby..I put on 2 lb leg weights on each leg, and had to take them off 1/2 way through the workout..I have serious DOMS in legs today!! It is a GOOD burn though!!

Good Morning everyone - today is a super awesome day outside, so I definately will be going for a jog and then I will ad on abs of choice and the Boot Camp cardio only. I think that will be a good cardio workout for the day. Not sure on miles yet, but going for six I am thinking - its just so nice out! :)

Good workouts going on! Suzanne....yes I am not nice if I miss a meal, which is why I don't....:)

Denise....PLEASE, don't use any ankle weights when doing High impact aerobics like PlyoX, you could be asking for an injury!...

Reba...we had a very nice day yesterday and also today. It does feel good to run in the beautiful weather!

I'm doing LL, then the abs from HSC (love this one) and one of the coremax segments, then a 4 mile run...

Do any of you ever have mornings when you wake up and start your workout and have no idea where all the energy is coming from? I did IMAX 2 this morning and I was super charged or something because I was smiling and pumped through the entire thing. I was even saying "bring it on" before the tough intervals. Usually I'm saying "no, no, please not yet".
I sat and watched all of IMAX 3 last night. I can't wait to try it Saturday. I feel much better about it now although I think the interval with the MILLIONS of plie jacks is going to kill me.

Katie - I have those days too! Last night I went out for dinner and ate way too much, then came home and did KPC and was just FLYING. Even with all that food in my belly.:)

And yes, the plie jacks blast in Imax 3 is killer. But your quads will be like ROCK, baby!

Hi, ladies:

I have been on an unintended rest week due to some travel and work issues and I am ITCHING to get back to working out! I actually feel good about the break - I was lifting really heavy for a few weeks and my neck was hurting from the strain. So in celebration I ordered the rest of the Gym Styles as well as CoreMax and the 16-inch high step, which also comes with Cathe's High Step Fusion (I think... one of those). I am very excited about that!!! I was looking at the P90X... maybe next month. ;-)

I might do the April Cathe rotation, I think...for once I have either all of the workouts or logical subs! Very exciting, even if I do spend all of my entertainment money here, lol. Is anyone else planning on doing that rotation?

Ciao tutti!

MIS for me today...another one I haven't done in a long time. I was able to increase my wieghts on most exercises, so I guess I am making progress!
