This has been something I have been struggling with for sometime now. I am not sure what my basic daily calorie needs are. I am new to the Cathe system and have been working out with MIC. I alternate with my previous Firm tapes. I am not looking to lose any weight, just have enough energy to keep me going. I think I average around 1500 calories a day. I am not sure if that is enough or not. Any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED
Just in case any of you know have experience with this..I am 5*7 and weigh 120 pounds. THANK YOU!!!!
