Daily Calories?

This has been something I have been struggling with for sometime now. I am not sure what my basic daily calorie needs are. I am new to the Cathe system and have been working out with MIC. I alternate with my previous Firm tapes. I am not looking to lose any weight, just have enough energy to keep me going. I think I average around 1500 calories a day. I am not sure if that is enough or not. Any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED:)
Just in case any of you know have experience with this..I am 5*7 and weigh 120 pounds. THANK YOU!!!!

Hi Stephanie, and welcome to Cathe. My best guess would be if you aren't gaining and aren't losing and don't want to gain or lose then you are probably right where you should be as far as calories go. You could experiment with your calories up or down and see if things change. But if you are happy with your weight and aren't moving either directions significantly then leave well enough alone.
