Cycle Max used with other cardio equipment?

Hi,
I was wondering if you think Cycle Max could be adapted for use on other cardio exercise machines -- like the elliptical or a rowing machine. As long as it's a piece of equipment where you manually adjust the speed and resistance like on a stationary bike, it seems to me that it could translate over.
Your thoughts, SNM?

I have a spin bike but I plan to try it on other pieces of equipment. I just plan to sub moves that aren't possible such as jumps on the treadmill. I think it will be fun to be able to try to use it on other machines.

Any chance, SMN, you would answer this question? It has also been asked -- but not answered -- on the Ask Cathe forum and on Facebook.

Cathe did answer on Facebook that using other equipment won't give the same impact, and that you'd have to be creative. I still think the workout would be adaptable to an elliptical, but I'm not sure how you would adapt it to a rowing machine.

I'm going to give it a try with a treadmill. I have no interest in buying a spin bike but thought that with a little tweaking you can vary the inclines and speeds to help reflect the spin intervals.

Something else you might think about if you are looking for cardio equipment workouts...Cardiocoach.com. These workouts play though your ipod/mp3player and are designed to work with treadmill, bike, or eliptical.

I, too, plan to use it for treadmill work. I'll picture myself running along side the bikers. hahahahaha
