Cute story for Cathe

Hi Cathe!

Hope you and 'the boys' are doing great! Just wanted to share this little experience with you.....

DH and I just returned from a beautiful two week holiday in Greece. The day before we left, I slogged through BodyMax for good measure. The room where I work out is a separate room - DH will stick his head in from time to time while I'm doing my morning workouts, shake his head and move on, mostly. While I have tried to get him to work out with me, the best I've done is get him through the warm-up of Power Hour! Anyway, after one of our more strenuous hikes on one of the Greek islands, DH looks at me with his beet-red face and sweat pouring down and says, "Did we have to do BodyMax today???? Please write and tell Cathe (prounounced Kaith) that I did it!" Who would've known how much DH really does pay attention to what I'm doing in my little workout space and to you too! I did correct him on the pronunciation. I got a great chuckle out of this, and enjoyed being reminded of you during vacation....;-)

I did Body Max the day before we left as well! We did a strenuous 9 hour hike. I finished first out of our group! My husband said to me at one point, "Honey, I should have joined you every time you put in a step video. You're kicking my butt!" I felt so proud that he noticed all the hard work I'd been doing! Hopefully before we go on our next trip he will at least *try* a Cathe video. Thanks for sharing!
